This place price gouges. I had two simple formal dresses , I just needed them pressed only and they charged $53. Fifty three dollars I will never go to this place again. Customers beware!!!! They shrunk my top 2 inches in length! On Wednesday, I took my top in with the paperwork verifying the original length of the garment. They said leave the top and come back in two weeks. I told them that I was not going to wait two weeks and that I wanted a refund for the cleaning and the cost of my top. I finally agreed to wait until (Monday, March 11, 2024). I called them today and they tell me that my top is ready to be picked up and it is "recovered." I asked what they meant by “recovered.” They did not answer. Finally I asked if they had stretched my top. They STRETCHED my top and they thought that was good enough. THEY RUINED IT! I just left the store. The top was a black background with different shades of blue. It now has a gray film all over it and it looks like it has been washed at least 50 times. I asked again for a refund of the cleaning and the cost of my top. They refused. I insisted. They offered me store credit! Are you kidding me? I told them they must be crazy! Why would I even consider coming back to this business after they ruined my top. When they finally agreed to give me my money back, they tried to give me less than what I paid for the cleaning. They did not want to give me my money back but after a very heated conversation with the manager, they refunded my cleaning bill and the cost of the top. Enter at your own risk!

After reading these reviews I regret coming here. I came for the 1st time last week, and picked up my clothes this week. When I got home I realized one of my pairs of jeans wasn't patched even tho I prepaid for 2 pairs to be patched. Took it back yesterday to be repaired with no cost. This morning I realized my other pair of jeans weren't repaired. Tomorrow I'm getting a refund and NEVER GOING BACK! I guess this is a "color thing"! I will be reporting this to CFFB immediately and BBB.

The woman at the counter was very rude and would not say your welcome as I said thank you twice to her and as I said have a nice day leaving she said nothing I felt very unwelcome as a Black man and wouldn't recommend any BLACK person to go to her establishment she has no problem taking money but has no repsect whatsoever and it was extremely offensive.

I have been to this location for 3 tailoring jobs and have been very pleased with the speed and quality of work. 4 stars, and would recommend to anyone looking to get clothing tailored. Prices can get a little high compared to others.Service: Alterations

I took a white clergy robe and two shirts to have them cleaned.The shirts were okay, but my Clergy robe was another story. The collar around the neck was still dirty, and when I said something to the owner she got an attitude and try to give me some line about the garment was too old that’s why they could not clean the collar. But that was a lie! The robe is practically brand-new. The only time I wear the robe is doing communion, and I have two white robes So I’m not wearing the same one all the time. If you want your clothes clean find another cleaners because not only do they not clean your clothes properly, but they make excuses why they could not clean it! What really got me was her attitude when I showed her that the road was still dirty, she was very reluctant to try and make it right as if I was just trying to be difficult! When you pay for service I just expect for it to be right!
