Called kinda early and explained my problem first of all the fact that he was kind enough to answer with empathy already earned my respect but then he explain that he couldn't do it today but tomorrow. I respect the transparency and offered a solution. I felt the the need to show my appreciation through this review though he hasn't done anything yet, I'll definitely go to him for any issues.
