I want to start off by saying that my daughter’s hair cut went great and the lady listened well, and was very understanding that my daughter was shy. But when I came to my haircut I asked for a few inches off, long layers and curtain bangs. Now I’m left with choppy bangs and layered hair that looks ridiculous. I was confused during the cut when she asked me the length of my bangs and it was definitely my fault I didn’t ask what she meant. But my hair is now ruined and I look stupid. So thanks.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Laura for a hair color and styling, and I am impressed with the results. Laura did a fabulous job.
Not only is Laura skilled, but she also creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit enjoyable from start to finish. She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered excellent suggestions to achieve the look I wanted.

We had an appointment for 6:00 pm. We did not get seen until 6:45. Ms. Ray could have been a little more kid friendly. She could have cut my son’s hair with scissors first before going straight to the clippers. My four year old was waiting on a lollipop after he finished his hair cut she told him no because him and my other son was going to eat them all. Mind you she gave both of them one before she cut my sons hair witch to me was to help him stay still and calm. As he was waiting on a lollipop she was giving me change and told my four year old don’t take the money out the drawer then I have to call the police. Like lady my son was standing there waiting on a piece of candy because he knows that’s what him and his brother will get. I grabbed my kids and hurry up and got out of there. I could have paid for them some lollipops. She had them visible where they could see it. We usually go to a different location where I will continue to go back to. Just wanted to try this place. Never again.

Hair Cuttery is my salon of choice and Rahe is my stylist of choice. She always does a great job. I have been going to her for years. I like that the shop has a large assortment of products too. I will definitely go there again.

Last time I went here the lady was more worried about taken more clients than the product on my hair and reset timer 3 times and even then someone else had to rinse product out.... ? my hair was soooo damaged I had to chop it all off because of the over process to my hair....
