Took my jeep here for diagnostic of the ac. They ending up keeping my vehicle for a couple days and I paid $150 as some kind of tear down diagnostic fee. I ended up with no diagnostic, just handed me an actuator gear in my hand along with a receipt. The ac actually is worse off now than when I dropped it off to them. The guy told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it but he would need more time and more money to find out.
What a waste of my money and time, should have just took it to the dealership, at least I would have received a proper diagnosis for the hard earned money paid.

All concerns listed in my review were expressed with staff prior to leaving the premises. Even though service was not rendered properly(to say the least), I still paid in good faith. So if anyone was treated fairly in this encounter it would be you.

We brought our Traverse in because our rear A/C was not working. In the end it ended up being a module they had to order and then get it reprogramed. It seemed like the issue was something that isn't common and instead of giving up they went line by line and sounded like they called around to make sure they got the right part. During the time it was in the shop H & H would always call us with new developments and ask us what we would like to do and gave us their honest opinion. The price was very fair while the workmanship was beyond great. If you ever need any HVAC work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I know its become our go to for HVAC work on our cars and we will be recommending it to anyone that asks.

Joe is all over this business and is really a nice businessman. I was referred to him by Doug Miller at O'Reilly Auto parts in Yorktown to get my radiator radiator flushed after my refill coolant light had been coming on in my BMW. I was able to go in and they checked out my car in a very timely manner, diagnosed what was going on and had me back on the schedule with a part ordered for the next morning. The price was more than fair and my problem is solved without having to pay BMW service prices. I think I have found my repair shop now that my car is no longer in warranty.

!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS !!! Paid $1600 for heating and A/C work. Had my car 1 month and neither heat or A/C is working after 2 days! Had another mechanic look over and part they said they switched out is OBVIOUSLY not new. AC dye is ALL OVER the top of my engine because there is still a leak and to boot they left one of my headlights unplugged. Very unprofessional. They take no pride in their work and they are LIARS. BEWARE!!!
