I had a move set up with them in the morning. Unfortunately, they had movers call in sick. Which would have been understandable if they had contacted us as soon as they could BEFORE we started the timer on our moving truck. We had to scramble at the last minute to find another moving company, which is very expensive to do on the day of the move. Very Unprofessional.

I needed last minute service on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate with no problem. The 2 guys that came were very friendly, helpful, polite, and moved quickly. Will definitely be using move2go again.

I was in contact with the owner of this company several days in advance for my move. My issue lies to the fact that we are going through tight measures with COVID you should inform your customer prior to booking her that you are not open. Instead under false pretenses you book me out.When you are running a business efficiently you make sure that your customer is aware that you are not able to come out. You should follow up with your customer via all the forms of communication you asked for in the initial time with speak to them. Leaving 1 voicemail does not suffice.This is why I have a hard time truly dealing with certain companies. It should’ve been made well aware that some type of training was needed for you to return to work. FURTHERMORE, the fact that you are not fully up and running due to COVID should have been the FIRST piece of information given!
