I often come in just to ask about games and new releases. Staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even if they don’t have what I’m looking for, they let me know who does.

Not happy. The store can't even bother to change their hours on Google. I had to submit to change it myself after I was highly disappointed while trying to pay off a pre-order tonight.

I’ve been to this location at least 25 times and all of my experiences have been pleasant but now I just went to try to buy the new Pokémon 151 ultra premium collection, and the associate claims that the system is down and he cannot sell me the product nor let me trade in a game I bought for my wife four days ago. I witnessed this associate let a family trade in a Nintendo switch. The associate claims he will call me back when the system is working but I doubt it if he does, I will change my review.
