Everytime I come here I can't get waited on!!! Trying to cash in tickets and once again no customer service!!!! Had to wait. It's crazy!!! Someone should always be at customer service!!!!

I was picking up a cake for my daughter’s birthday today and the person at the deli/bakery offered assistance. They told me they could write in the cake if needed and ask what the occasion was. They turned a cake that seemed plain into something amazing! I wish I would have caught their name to add this review but I was so grateful for their help! ( I added the Stitch characters)

Good shopping experience. Though no competition for Kroger or Wegman's. Employees were very helpful when I couldn't find certain items. Two separate employees walked me to the item instead of just pointing the way or telling me an aisle number. The cashier was nice as well.

I like this Food Lion. Love the self checkout options. Can be very busy at times and cause high anxiety! When it is crowded, this store is tight, and you'll be squeezing and scooting by people lol.
