I feel like every single time I go there there are 2 lanes open with about 20 people waiting to check out. While there are 6 employees standing around. It's extremely inefficient.

Terrible !!! Managers are the worse I was on my phone I guess a little too long for them they asked “can I help you” I said no I just need to use the wifi real fast she said “well you got the wrong place” I was lost and the neighborhood ??!!!!?? Don’t get me started

It was suggested to me to purchase some cooked chicken from Food Lion on Kecoughtan Road in Hampton for a retirement dinner the first thing that went wrong I was quoted a different price by phone before paying for the chicken and the second thing was the chicken taste as it was cooked early before pick up time and sit to dried out very disappointed and broke who will feel my pain beside my guess

Customer service could use some help. They set the examples for the younger ones coming up. If the managers dont care, then why should the employees. There are some polite ones in there, just not in management.
