Normally the customer service is amazing. The last time I was in the female that was working was completely rude. As soon as we walked thru the door she was rude. We tried asking her a question. We were ignored and she walked away at that point we walked out. So for that I give 4 stars.

I really enjoy the selection of books. I can always fi d unique items in Five Below. I was looking for back to school items. They had things, notebooks, pens, bags, etc. Then there were items that I hadn't thought about. Locker items, dry erase boards, dry erase markers, etc.
