I went in for a state inspection and understandably sometimes things fail. I was told that the rear brakes did not pass and the front brakes are irregular. They then proceed to quote me $509 for my brake pads to be replaced. They did not specify whether it was the rear brakes or front brakes or all of them. I am writing this because I am a girl in my mid 20's but I understand I also look like a teenager. I felt like they thought they could overcharge me and get away with it. Girls, becareful coming to this location by yourself.

Again. The service advisor yelled at me and my husband in front of customers! Paid to have my challenger repaired. Repair failed. Husband booked online appointment for drop off. SA was extremely rude and could not check my car in “because they were closed” 2 minutes tops? Door was open. I was inside. Another customer was inside waiting. We left because of her rudeness. Husband was told to only deal with Mike. Mike book’s appointment for Saturday around 10 to drop off. Yup. Mike isn’t in. Service advisor yells at us AGAIN in front of customers saying, “ We were closed the last time you were here”. Do a better job of closing and lock the doors? You didn’t have to say a word to us. Grow up and learn to shut your mouth. We weren’t dealing with you.

I went in to do my lifetime alignment and tire rotation and also had check engine light on. I get a call and the guy says it's you catalytic converter, 02 senors, battery, airfilters. I tell him that I have the catalytic converter fixed at Big Al's and he said well Honda's are sensitive to aftermarket parts and needs a OME. I told him its under warranty because I had it repalced in May. I call the guy at Big Al's who was Tech not a Salesman and he said none of that makes sense. He said start with the battery first because a weak battery will throw error codes. My wife takes it to O'Rielys and gets a new battery and guess what. check engine light doesn't come on. I saved myself 3K. I don't uderstand why after telling the firestone guy I had it replaced why he wouldn't start battery first. Very dissapointed.

Have been loyal customer for many years but most recent change in store hours to 6:00 pm nightly with poor communication from present store manager has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere. I recently had a flat tire dropped off for repair Sept 21 and the store was in process of closing but technician took tire off and wrote ticket. Store hours are listed on multiple websites at 7:00 pm closing. I returned on Oct 2nd to pick up tire and store closed by 6:00. pm. I returned next day to pick up tire and manager could not find ticket or my tire as tire was next to her in display area. I observe my tire and manager said I could take tire. No offer to put tire back on like previous technician. When store hours were mentioned manager became defensive and said they were attempting to change google listing. I expressed my opinion that I would never come back and her response was Go Ahead, we have plenty of business from other people. So if you want rude , inconsistent and uninformed customer service go to this store on Mercury Blvd Hampton Va

guys took FOREVER for 1 tire. A replacement for a tired should be 30 minutes max. And on top of that they were super rude. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO CARE AND DONT DRAG THEIR FEETService: Tires

FIRESTONE IS A JOKEIf I could do less than 1 star I would, firestone sucks, i had Monday off after working the weekend, i showed up before 7am and waited for them to open. I was the FIRST person through the door, i have a lifetime alignment on my truck and asked if i could get an alignment and tire rotation done. the guy at the front counter told me it would be a few hours before they could get to it. i decided i would wait. after about an hour other people came in to get various things. there vehicles were brought DIRECTLY into the shop as my truck sat in the parking lot. 3 HOURS LATER i managed to get a ride home while my truck still sat in the parking lot. i thought ok it should be done by noon, right? 5 hours to do an alignment isn't too bad. 1 pm came around still no phone call, so we rode by to see what was going on. my truck was in a bay with 2 workers leaning on my truck so ok I'll just go goof off at bass pro for a bit. AN HOUR LATER i come back to my truck on the lift with the tires FINALLY removed. it has taken 7 hours at this point to get the tires rotated meanwhile all the other walk-ins after me are LONG gone. I went home and around 3-4pm I get a call my truck is ready; I go to pick it up get in to leave and my steering wheel is SIDEWAYS. I said screw it I'm not dealing with this i have to get to work for the rest of the week. after a week of driving around with a WAYYYY out of alignment truck i decided to go to Casey Chevrolet for an alignment. as soon as he put it on the machine NOTHING WAS GREEN OR EVEN CLOSE but yet the paper firestone gave me showed everything perfect. so why pay for a lifetime alignment if they WON'T DO IT OR EVEN DO IT CORRECTLY? firestone is a joke and nothing but a money grab. you're better off going to a dealership or even some guy in a Walmart parking lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY firestone save yourself TIME AND MONEY

Was going on a long trip, needed tires same day. Was kind enough to offer discounts and waived some fees. What can I say, it came out to better than Internet pricing. I'm a master tech myself but will come back for stuff I can't do on my own (alignments, tires).

Called business this morning Sunday July 23…Asked if they would please help my children and grandchildren out. They were broke down there. Man was nice on the phone but whomever they talked to when they got there , was RUDE! It’s just a shame that in this world that we all are trying to live in, that we have people who just could care less. I understand business people as my dad was a business man and mechanics for years. Shame on you guys…too busy to see if you could help a family out ( that has a special needs child)?. Hope and pray that this never happens to any of your family members!

Booked an appointment to get ny AC inspected. The next day, 4hrs before my appointment I get a call from them telling me that I booked an appointment online and that they didnt have any open spots for the day. I explained that I did not book online and that I dialed a 757 number and spoke to a women who booked the appointment. The associate got rude and said I am the only woman who works here and I know you didnt speake to me the point is we dont have any availability to get your car in today do you want to reschedule or not? I told her I am all set! They just lost a customer! I been getting my tires from them for 8yrs now..What kind of business has a thirdparty making appointments that are not available. How was I suppose to know that the 757 number I called and person who picked up and said Firestone was not actually the Firestone locally. Bad business on their part. Now I have to find another place last minute on a 90 degree day to fix my AC!
