Whomever the young African American girl was that was working on the afternoon of Sunday, 8/22, your customer service skills are terrible. I was next in line, but when another young lady walked right up to the register, you were about to ring her up before I said something. She apologized for getting ahead of me, but you refused to ring me up. I heard every comment you made when I walked away, and you were clearly in your feelings. That’s very unprofessional. I was next in line. And you still rung her up before me. Turn down the hardcore rap music while you’re at the front, it’s very unprofessional.
