Recently,my pup Grayson (hx of fxd vertebrae in lumbar region was temporarily paralyzed x2wks. She and her team worked with him and he recovered.Grayson has caudal equina (urine incontinent) he wears a male diaper.) He in excitement before I could catch him jumped off the bed, belly flopping on a hardwood floor. From that point I had to have him seen, however he became much worse. When we returned he was x-rayed,blood work, catherized and an IV. He was treated by Dr Bev who called every night from home to update his situation. When he was given food( he'd stopped, eating drinking and urinating) the staff fed him by hand with a syringe. Grayson's situation looked bleak however Dr Bev worked tirelessly to help my boy recover. He came home on 2 meds but my boy is able to play, walk get his tummy rubbed and I have to give the human credit to Dr Bev & her staff. She & Dr Mike ( Silkey) are the best.I have known Dr BevSilkey&DrMike for over 10 yrs. I love her so much and she is one of the most dedicated ppl she's been a rock when my pup was hurt and I don't know what I would do without either one of them.Theyre the best...and their staff! This vet clinic never closed during the pandemic.ppl had to call ahead, wait in vehicle and a tech would come to the vehicle to get info, then take pet in for treatment. Many a day Dr Bev has worked through lunch and quitting time is 5 pm but she's stayed until the pets were cared for. The clinic doesn't have set appointments just call ahead and let them know the issues.

Dr Silkey and staff are terrific! This was my first visit and I will definitely go back for my cats veterinary needs. The parking lot was full and they are doing curbside now because if Covid . Dr Silkey comes to greet you and explain the visit and if necessary follow up. You can tell they live their animals .

Went to their walk-in appointments for a cracked nail that needed to be trimmed and was causing my dog a lot of pain. I understood it would be a wait due to walk-in schedule (though you wait in your car due to Covid). We waited over 2 hours before they took our dog into building and then another hour before he was ready for pick-up. 3 hours for 1 clipped nail is unacceptable but the bright side was we weren't charged for nail clipping and Dr. Bruce was very nice.

My puppy loves it here. The staff and vets are very friendly and knowledgeable. Because of COVID you have to stay in your car until called. I appreciate the walk in policy every other vet is a two week wait

Very well every time/every cat! I have been going to this clinic for all of my cats since the 1980's. Dr. Mike & Dr. Bev are great, as is Dr. Adams. There are other vets on the staff, but I usually see one of the three I mentioned.

Waited 30 minutes to be seen by a nurse. Then waited over an hour for the vet to come in and see my puppy for 7 minutes, stating nothing was wrong despite my puppies symptoms. Definitely getting a second opinion. Paid 60 dollars for second round of shots!

On June 27, 2019, we dropped our energetic, lovable 4-year-old dog off name Tazz for boarding because we were going on vacation. When I dropped him off, I asked them to check out his ear. On the 28th, I get a call from a Vet saying that Tazz had an ear infection and she was giving him antibiotics and something for pain but all was well. When we return to pick Tazz up on the 5th of July, he had lost weight and depressed but we thought maybe because of the medicine. When I got him home, Tazz throw up everyday and loss of appetite. I called the Animal Inn on July 11th, 2019 and asked them what happen and all they could tell me is to call the Hospital because Tazz was boarded over there!! REALLY, WHY?!! I did call over there and they said that all was well but they didn't know why Tazz has a loss of appetite and throwing up everyday. We went back on the 15th of July for blood work and that came back normal but they wanted me to pay $388 for an x-ray to see if something was enlarged in his stomach (meanwhile he is still not eating and has loss 10lbs). I went to another Vet on July 18th for an second opinion to see what was going on. They did do an x-ray and could not find anything obstructing his stomach but recommended a pill for gastritis. Well our Tazz passed away Sunday the 21st from WHAT WE DON"T KNOW!! To this day no one has contacted me about HOW TAZZ IS DOING!! PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!!

I was very disappointed with the service of this vet clinic. I brought my cat in for blood work because she had been losing some weight and I also scheduled a dental cleaning. The blood work returned and I was told that everything was pretty normal and maybe it was just her teeth that were bothering her. After her dental, the Dr showed me an x-ray of her chin and told me he saw a tumor and recommended me to some expensive specialist. I didn't see anything on the X-ray that he was referring to but he's the professional. I decided to get a second opinion. After seeing another vet who did numerous X-rays at several different angles it was determined that there was no tumor whatsoever! He read her blood work and in fact her kidneys are strained but Armistead told me everything was normal. I had this second opinion Dr also look at her teeth and he took photos and pointed out several cavities and abscesses that Armistead didn't even mention to me after her dental cleaning. The amount of unnecessary worry about a tumor and the lack of information after her dental cleaning make me disgusted with this business. Please never take your pets there and if you do, get a second opinion on their diagnoses.

They brought us to the back and weighed the dog and told us to wait until the doctor came in. We waited over 30 minutes. Someone else even came in and saw us and didn't say anything. I think they forgot about us cause when we tried to leave the door was locked. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
