I called this store and the young lady was very rude. After hanging up on me three times. Then answered the phone and said yeah. I'm like is this Dollar tree? She's like yes in the nastiest way. It makes me not want to visit this location ever. In what world do you not have a friendly greeting when answering your work phone. She act as if she was answering her cell phone. That's a problem. Very bad customer service. I've done customer service my entire career. She didn't know who I was or where I was calling from. 🤬 So sad..

This place has really gone down everything used to be a dollar and you got pretty much for your dollar. Now they have down sized everything in package and nothing's never in place and still look like a outside yard sale only go there for dish detergent paper towels bleach don't buy food there a big waste of your dollar.

The line was long. Very long. One cashier. The one cashier was filling up several balloons for one customer. While she was filling up balloons the line continued to grow. People started walking out with their merchandise and without paying for it. There was another employee apparently putting the truck away. Finally, the 2nd employee came to t cash register and told the first cashier, "The truck is done, you can go on break now". Still a long line. I sure hope they aren't shocked when they are losing more merchandise than they are selling. Terrible business. They might as well have a sign that says free for everyone. Pathetic.

Most of the cashiers are pleasant but the store is so messy and unorganized. Boxed fill the aisles and the shelves are bare with items tossed around. Usually have one cashier at a time so line gets long.
