Good place for deals. There's a very nice guy who will greet you as you enter. I like the little flavored packets for water bottles.

The store is great to shop in. I come here for craft projects all the time. However, the employees aren't helpful to each other and customers. Today, I was waiting in line for at least 20 minutes, listening to the gentleman at the door calling for help while the manager refused to come up. Valarie was the only cashier at that time and was very sweet to everyone in line.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It gets worse and worse each time I come, and this time was the final straw. The cashier was beyond rude. He didn't even look at me or say hi. I was purchasing 20 yard ornament hooks, which I know was very tedious for him to scan all of them individually, and I apologize for the large amount, to which he did not acknowledge me (I doubt he hear me say even a word since his earbuds were in). I layed them on the conveyor in an orderly fashion so they were all facing the same direction with the tags up so he could scan them. He then proceeded to scan each one and literally throw it to the end of the register in a pile. By the end of it it was just a jumbled, tangled mess that I had to sort through just so I could leave. One of them even bent in the process. The manage stood there and watched him do all this and said absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time here if you want decent customer service or even to be treated like a human being.
