This review is specifically for the pharmacy - My doctor called in a prescription and when I went to pick it up, they had me in their system, and even showed me my previous address listings, but they assured me that they didn't have anything for me, nor did any other CVS have prescriptions for me. I contacted my doctor who sent me over the "Phone Counter" order and stated that he called it in again. I went back the next day and the pharmacy was closed despite the hours clearly posted there on the counter. They decided to close early? My doctor's office did warn me, that they were "being dumb" so call him back if there was still an issue.

As soon as they connect you the pharmacy the hold music starts. Then none answered after 45 min no one. Not even to answer the phone and say "Please Hold" then sent me to elevator music. Nope they just didn't answer at all.

This is one Dirty, unorganized CVS. Came to this location to pickup some cold medicine. The walk way down the aisles were cluttered. Had my niece with me and she had to use the rest room and let's say this location needs some serious upkeep. Filthy and smells like urine.

Pharmacy never answer the phone in a timely manner. Was on the line over an hour. It always a 30 minute hold at a minimum.

I have dealt with a lot of pharmacies in my life and so far CVS is the worst by far! There isn't enough room on this page for me to tell you how many times I have been unsuccessful at obtaining my prescriptions after being a customer and having existing prescriptions already at CVS! I have heard every excuse known to man and I would never recommend CVS pharmacy to anyone, if it was the last pharmacy on earth!

I’m going to be specific when I leave my review. BOTH PHARMACIST at this location needs to be REPLACED. The young female which is a graduate of Hampton University is rude to customers and the older brown skinned pharmacist was literally on her phone laughing with a line of unserved customers. The pharmacy opens at 9am and they all came rolling in at 9:08, then everyone all of a sudden had to use the restroom. They need to replace or close this pharmacy down. Very disappointed.

Called the pharmacy to get my prescription and the girl answered and was literally smacking in my ear. She was tearing something up; it sounded like chips, but who knows. I share what I need, waiting for her to say Ok or something. So I’m like, hello. All I hear is chomping for a few seconds and then she’s like ok we can do xyz. I got my situation handled, but in saying bye she just hung up. Never have I ever. I came right to the reviews and it seems very common here.

This place needs to be closed. They are very unprofessional and rude! Someone picked up the phone and hung up on me 4 times. They are slow and they claim they are always 4-5 days behind. I walked into the pharmacy while still holding on the phone line and they are in there running their mouth and eating totally ignoring the phone line. The front part of the store is fine but that pharmacy has to go. After this medicine pickup I will be switching my pharmacy!!!

Multiple things going on here.I've only lived here 3 months.7 times I've had to go to "drop off" to have them update my profile that I don't have insurance. Each time they say that my profile is updated, yet it never is. My previous CVS had no issue getting this right.Each time an RX is called in its held up b/c they are trying to get authorization through insurance, which I haven't had in years then due to their inability to perform a simple task I have to wait an hour or more, every time.I've heard pharmacy employees, after interacting with a customer, say I don't even care, I get off in 20 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.Pharmacy employees have announced a script is ready, the person comes to the counter only to be told, I don't show anything ready for you. You'll have to go to drop off. I've witnessed this.There is no sense of professionalism at this pharmacy. They're back there mocking folks, talking about how they can't wait to get drunk after work, and other comments generally speaking to how little they care.I will be finding a new pharmacy, I've given them plenty of chances. I do not recommend using this CVS pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. It's taken months for me to get medication that I need, my doctor doesn't know what's up and the pharmacy NEVER answered my phone calls. Walked in to find out what was going on with my medication, and was told it was returned to stock! I NEVER received a message about my medication being ready for pick up, and I got shoved to drop off and now have to wait for it to be refilled. This is medication that is important for me to function and they can't even bothered to properly contact me about my medication being ready.

I went to this location today because my prescription was sent to the wrong location. I went to the drive through and tapped the bell. An older black lady with the big reading glasses said "I know you saw me". No greeting, No Hello or How can I help you, just "I know you saw me".I told her I couldn't see her because the window is dirty. She said "I know you saw me because you smiled at me". Very upsetting! I asked her "am I a problem? She didn't respond to that.After she made me repeate my name twice, saying and spelling my name twice she told me..making me wait and taking her time and I had to ring the bell again she said my prescription wasn't at this location either.This type of customer service is just so sad. Jobs are scarce and people just do not care anymore. No words! To be gaslighted and treated this way just trying to pick up your prescription. I will look for other options for my future prescriptions.

I have gone to this particular CVS for 3 straight days trying to get my perscription. Each time I was told it was being processed. I told the lady behind the counter about this issue and asked to speak to the supervisor. She wasn't going to be in for a half hour I chose to to wait. Isn't it bad enough that the lines to checkout are 10 deep, they have one associate to wait on customers only to be told our perscription still isn't ready, with no explanation. I am sick of this. There is no one to complain to and probably wouldn't do any good. I am changing my drug store. I've had hiccups before in the particular drugstore. Don't go to this one. They are inept.

This place is terrible. I stayed on the line for one hour and sixteen minutes before someone picked up. Then he rushed me off the phone because they were closing. Didn't want to look up RX, told me to call back tomorrow. They are rude to customers, just terrible. I will be transferring my RX to Walgreens. If I could give a negative 100 I would. Just terrible !!!!
