I shared with the pharmacy manager that I was disappointed in the service being provided. She then proceeded to cancel my refills and send my script back to my doctor. The pharmacy manger denied my access to my medication that I need in order to function. Highly unethical, illegal and will be reported to all agencies. Do not come here

they were late on refilling my son's asthma medication refill and then made it a 15 day prescription for several refills instead of a 30 day prescription. they said there was no way to fix it and it was a lot more driving for no reason until the doctor's office could send in the next order. I was then told my meds were ready on the website only to get there and be told that it was out of stock. too much wasted time, the hours are convenient but enough is enough.

Just rude customer service all around. Anytime I call or go in for help with pharmacy needs I get spoken to with insulting words and disrespectful tones like I’m doing something wrong. The ladies who work in the pharmacy are just dreadful to talk because they talk over you and act like queens. All I want is to get the meds my blind daughter needs to function yet they never have them even though they are prescription refills every 2 months.

Been waiting 10 over days for a script. Said in process... Then they lost it... Then oops it wasn't lost. Then it'll be ready yesterday... Now it'll be ready tomorrow. Cvs corporate y'all gotta do something.

This was the one pharmacy that really held it together during the pandemic. Now they can’t answer the phone or fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I think giving them a full week to fill my meds isn’t asking a lot, but they still somehow can’t do that

Thumbs is the WORST pharmacy I've been too. There will be 4-5 ladies "working", never answer the phone, close drive-thru whenever they want and be talking more than working. I had surgery recently so I had meds sent there, the first ones (no problem) but the refills were a nightmare to get. One order was "regionally" out of stock but had it transferred to Walmart, no problem. Called multiple times to check on it and was on hold for longer than 30+ minutes. Got dressed, drove up there (drive-thru closed again at 4pm) got in line while still on hold. I was the second person in line listening to their phone system constantly repeat "YOU HAVE 3 CALLS WAITING" you to get to the counter and be told they're out of stock...AGAIN.Lucky me, I have another Rx needing to be filled and I am literally on hold right now at 32 mins. 13 seconds which prompted me to make this review. CVS....DO BETTER!!!!

I never have had a good experience picking up my prescription, the “pharmacy manager” was very rude and unprofessional and had the audacity to raise her voice at me when I was telling her that they keep messing up the orders and say I was in the wrong. It’s never filled in a timely manner. It took them almost a week to literally package up a box of hydrocortisone cream. They have admitted they have messed up before and it still takes days to get a refill. This place is a joke

Pharmacy department needs an overhaul!Can’t ever get through to anyone over phone to check the status of prescription, so you show up in person, only for them to tell you it can’t be filled for one reason or another. If your life depends on the medication you are prescribed make sure you don’t attempt to have it filled here!

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is terrible and the workers are rude for no reason. Consistently don't have prescriptions ready on time, even if I place my refill in 3 days prior to pick up. They do not communicate when there is an issue with medication and when you question it they look disgusted at you. Do not come here.

These are some hard working ladies! I switched to this pharmacy due to their diligence and thoughtful care. Had all my vaccines there and remain a loyal customer.

Had my pharmacist from Knightdale North Carolina call up this location and speak to the pharmacist because they couldn't do their job. I have waited over an hour and a half through the drive-thru for them to tell me that they ran out of my prescription. When I asked who the pharmacist was they backtracked and said a shipment had just came in. How convenient. The line is wrapped around the building. Still waiting for my prescription on the side of the building. Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever seen.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this location. I have 2 special needs children and I am on multiple medications myself and I am so thankful for the people who work here. I spent years at Walgreens and have had several occasions where they were so rude that I was in tears. I was loyal to them for at least 10 years before I made the switch to cvs. This location in particular is polite, they remember my name, they speak to me politely, with patience and always answer questions that I might have. I know working in customer service and with medications can be very difficult especially during covid. I also know that I am prone to stereotyping due to one of the medications I am on, But the people that work here are wonderful and if there's ever a problem they solve it. I had trouble getting one of the medications for my girls and they have been so good that they have eliminated the issue, And I no longer struggle on a monthly basis to get it!It feels so good to know I can count on them to make my life just a little bit easier!

This pharmacy is the worst. Keep picking up the phone and hanging up, never have medication ready on time, very unprofessional, don't let customers know if medication is out of stock.

They don’t answer the phone and they tell us to do they get notified when our prescriptions are ready but don’t send out notifications.
