Terri up there is totally awesome, the girls in the front office are great too. We have been up there for boxes a few times and they have always helped us out and never made us feel like we were pains. I would totally recommend this moving company, very professional and they go above and beyond to help you.

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE! My delivery date for all of my household goods including clothes ect changed from 1 week to 1 month! They never answer your calls or texts and never return calls. You have to chase them down in order to get an answer or response. Never using them again what a nightmare

So disappointed with service. If i could leave no star's i would. The packers were very unprofessional and they left trash everywhere. When i had my furniture delivered half of my sectional was missing and the other half broken. My grandfather clock is still in the shipping box never put back together and i could go on....wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!!

1. Packed out the wrong house 2. Failed to inventory essential items like my daughter’s crib, crib mattress, and changing table. 3. Marked the wrong names on most of our boxes (see pic...our names are WAY not West).

No communication. I had to call them, they also took a long time packing and I only had them pack the kitchen, coat closet and two bedrooms. I do not have a lot of stuff it was mainly big pieces. One guy was up stairs the whole time, one in the kitchen and the other in the living room.

No communication. I had to call them, they also took a long time packing and I only had them pack the kitchen, coat closet and two bedrooms. I do not have a lot of stuff it was mainly big pieces. One guy was up stairs the whole time, one in the kitchen and the other in the living room.
I have two TVs, one upstairs and one down stairs. Tell me how two different people in different location DIDNT annotate my TVs then when I confronting the main guy and told him it will be fixed he pulled a long sheet of paper out that another guy wrote on with the tv info. I have no idea where they pulled the information because it WAS NOT the right brand or serial number.
I had the inventory fixed with my TVs (I took pictures of ALL my electronics and serial numbers BEFORE they got their bc of this reason).
Not only did they leave my TVs off the inventory but half my kitchen stuff wasn’t packed. I opened the bottom cabinets and drawer to the oven and my stuff was still there.
I’m also not sure if it’s common practice to not put the security stickers on but “supervisor” told me they take our stuff back to the main hub where they seal the crate and put the security stickers on.
Then when they try to leave, the truck with my stuff on it doesn’t start! They had the truck towed and I wasn’t told where they were taking my stuff. Another truck came to pick them up.
It’s now three weeks later and last I spoke with transportation (on military side) they said my household goods are at the main hub. What are they doing with my stuff?!!! DO NOT have these people move your stuff. Their actions seem very dishonest.

My neighbor is using this company to move in. Not only are they completely blocking my driveway and mailbox as seen in the photos, the driver also ripped two big limbs off our tree that he should've never been near in the first place! After going over and talking to the supervisor of the crew and messaging the company directly, the truck is still in the same spot and so are the limbs and debris (and it has been about FOUR hours). If I have to leave I guess I'll have to call the police and waste their valuable time on something that shouldn't be an issue if the company hired professionals with any sense. Don't use this company or you'll start out on the wrong foot with your neighbors :(
