“Dropped my work laptop. I'm an entrepreneur. I was utilizing poor it practices and thought I'd lost majority of my data. They were able to re-seat the fan and all other parts that were jarred from the drop. Ran a few tests and forced me to set up appropriate back ups. Lol personable. Knowledgeable. Appreciated.”
