Chic A Sea is The Chicken restaurant in the Newport News/Hampton area. The chicken along with any side dish is Always FRESH. They only serve takeout. Expect to wait 20 minutes minimum, but you're Never disappointed!!

Chicken Livers were outstanding. My husband said that the Fish and Chips were good too.
