I’ll give them thee stars for communication was great and everything else seems fine however after the repairs were done my technician said everything was put back together up to specs but the left Door does not line up properly to close after repairs completed. I’m disappointed with Caliber. This will need repaired it’s causing damage to my trim when you close the door as it catches.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had they kept me informed every other day I never even had to call them. My car was even done way ahead of time. I highly recommend them. If ever you need to have somebody take care of your car due to an accident I can’t say enough about their professional, courtesy and how thorough they were. Also a special thank you to Melissa as well as everyone on staff for masking this such a great experience ?

Absolutely phenomenal work! Most efficient and communicative shop I've used in the area. They had my '23 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 2 weeks repairing the entire passenger side after an accident. Regular updates every couple days via phone and text. Worked out the estimate differences with my insurance company quickly to ensure timely delivery. Awesome staff, friendly service, and great location (even partially hidden by Wynne Ford). I will definitely be using them again if I ever need too!!!!!!!Services: Painting

This place was outstanding. Recently relocated here because of my military service, I was uncertain about the standard of service I might find. But a friend recommended this place to me, and the results were truly impressive. The repair was so flawlessly done that I initially thought I was inspecting the wrong area, but indeed the job was just that perfect. Moreover, both the interior and exterior of the car were cleaner than when I dropped it off.Services: Painting

My car repair took 2 months after being told 1 month which is already a long time. The interior of my car was left dirty on the back seat of the driver seat, the back seat, the floors, the interior roof and the back window. My car looked like a kid or kids had been in the back seat of my coupe. I should inform you no one has ever been in my back seat since I bought it year new. The worst part is the fit of the interior roof is compared to the side they didn’t work on. The fit of the outside of my car is off and easily noticeable. This was my last attempt with Caliber because I’ve had issues before at a different location. I thought the issue was at that location I now know it’s the Caliber Collision company. The staff was nice and respectful and they kept me informed but that’s the only positive thing I can come up with. After going without my car for 2 months I can’t afford to go without my only vehicle any longer so I’ll have to live with the results.
