The company doesn't deserve one star, they are very UNPROFESSIONAL from the 2 hr wait for a tow that was told one hr. To being sent the wrong tow truck after you told them that you needed a flatbed. Then having to go thru a hassle to get a receipt, to the point that they started sending my calls to voice mail with no return call. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES OR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I called this company and I guess the owner gave me price and said we do all over for the same price and I got disappointed. (He lied and they r very unprofessional) **do not use their services.**. Not how u do customers especially for the first time calling in a zero out of zero stars

Called them for a tow and the guy on the phone gave me the runaround talking about he’ll call me back in 20 mins and never called or showed up. Had to call another tow company and they were prompt and professional.

This company towed a vehicle belonging to a gentleman and then gave him my friend's name as the person who called the tow truck. Now she has to go to court to prove it is not her. I just talked to Mr Burke who said he didn't care. He is running a scam on people. Do not use a company that does this to people!!

They stole my sons car while he was TDY for the United States Air Force, the car is in the process of being repaired so it can be registered, it is parked at our own condo and they towed it which is in violation of the Service members civil relief act, they are extorting him over $80 per day while he was serving our country, they should be ashamed of there selves and we are looking into all legal avenues to hold them responsible!!!!
