Management at this place sucks. They could care less about their customers and even less about children. I would not recommend shopping here. People in Newport news Big lots are much more pleasant and place is much cleaner

Not bad now. Like the products much better. I was surprised ?. Sells nice looking furniture, but the kicker?, has nice clearance things at a reasonable price. They have come a long way u. Not junkie anymore.

This store has wonderful items my only issues are some areas don't have price tags on them and the bathrooms are shot to hell ,the men's restroom door is broken a will not close so I had to guard the door for my son to be able to use the restroom without someone opening the door on him. Big lots in Hampton VA get it together those restrooms for men an women are disgusting.

That day the store closes as soon as it opens. They said they had no Internet. So I went to another big lots.
