This branch has the WORST customer service from the managers down. Rude and disrespectful to say the least. I went to get quarters and the clerk literally threw them at me. I stood in line with no one in front of me while the clerk literally was doing nothing, it took forever for her to even acknowledge me. The manager obviously doesn't care because this happens everytime I have to do business. Bank somewhere else is my advice.

This is the worst bank I have ever been in tellers are rude and slow. They are taking approximately 10 to 15 minutes per customers. Leaving the rest of the people in a long line going out the door almost I recommend banking at Navy Federal no line no wait 100% great customer service.

I went to bank here for the first time needed to get information about my accounts and needed a bank card. The clerk told me it would have to be ordered and I was find with it. She tried to call my phone to activate the pin etc, had a few problems so I ask can I see the lady at the desk in customer services. She said yes. So, the lady in customer service said you can come on. She didn’t come from her desk to greet me just said come . This was different customer service. , I never experienced. When my daughter and I get over to her desk and sit down, she gonna tell me your card needs to order, you need to do this etc. the vibe was bad, so I walked out . Then I notice it was 4:45 they are about to closed.

Worst bank ever. Trust are criminals looking to steal your money. Incompetent staff. Had a BB@T secured credit card for 16 years and canceled it within 1 year of Truist taking over. Hidden fees. Drawn out clearing process for payments trying to trigger overpayment fees. Wouldn't wish this bank on my worst enemy. Would never consider ever banking at this branch or any truist bank ever again

This is the worst bank I have ever been into. Customer service sinks. I banked her when it was BB&T it was great. Now no so much. I had a bank account with them that I forgot about. Money was in the account came in to get it out and they tell me they can’t unlock the account to give me the money.

Everyone here is incredibly nice. Good, positive and friendly environment. Very welcoming and quick! Location was also easy to acess, plenty of parking and clean.

Badly managed Truist branch. Their computers have been down, off and on, for about a week. Customers wait in line for 10-15 minutes, only to be told by the manager that the computers are down and they would be better off going elsewhere, followed by "have a blessed day." Also, if you have a commercial deposits line, that should be respected. Teller Klara said "They've been waiting longer...", not taking the next commercial depositor. I respect that. But you either prioritize commercial deposits or you don't. Don't pretend otherwise. I'll take my commercial deposits elsewhere. Would give them zero stars if I could.

This area is incredibly racist. Which is funny because it is also predominantly African American. It’s not everyone, obviously, but it’s a lot of people. I work with people who have openly discussed making the area ‘just for blacks’ and ‘just for us’. Just FYI, you may not like your experience at this store and most of the area. The preferred methods seem to be heckling, being dismissive, ignoring and having a raging attitude. Regarding this bank, an African American female teller tried to steal one of my signed checks by ignoring the deposit request and only depositing the cash I had also submitted. This occurred through the drive through window. Check your receipts, because they’re is a different kind of bank robber working here…

If I could not give give this a 0 star. 1. Because every time I get card from them it get fried. Takes money off my card for door dash when I don't even have it anymore I got banned from it. I talked to this woman so unprofessional. She didn't even help me with the situation I have having she was just tryna get off the phone. 2. They not tryna replace the money that was stolen. I cant even Transaction anything for the stuff i didn't buy. So I'm leaving them 100% but best to believe ima get my money from all the money that was taken from me. And I got proof that I'm banned from doordash. That and im not paying the Rough draft they think they gonna get from me. Like I said they don't care about people.0-5.

I tried opening an account with BB&T and the manager Carlos blocked my account the next day my account was opened and had my account to be closed and this bank is refusing to return all certified funds when a cash deposit was made. It has been a while now and I still have not got any account resolution and keep getting the run around. If someone was ineligible for banking service why would this manager instruct a customer to deposit funds via cash or electronic debit payment to open an account just for it to be closed for the hell of it. Carlos and Kesha keep giving me the run around about contacting EWS to have accounts unblocked/hold but EWS does not have this authorization the financial institution does. I was also informed that a bank can not withhold funds from a customer without a judgment filed or a court order placed. According to the states consumer protection laws and the federal statue (EFTA) Electronic funds transfer act I am to be granted access to my accounts. This bank however is operating illegally clearly and these two individuals are unprofessional and need to be fired immediately. When I called the customer service line the representative Alex informed me that my account was just placed on hold and it is not closed and that the local bank/branch can resolve this matter.

Their night drop box is continuously out of order. I feel like I’m taking a trip to McDonald’s asking for a milkshake and their milkshake machine is currently broken. I am working 6 to 7 days a week and I don’t have time and I can’t leave work to go make the deposit. Why is it that the night drop box is currently out of order two or three times a week for the past three weeks. This is unacceptable. Our corporate office is all over the United States we have six stores close to your location I will be reporting this to our corporate office to see if we can change banks to where we can be able to make our night drops. It’s not fair for us to have to travel all the way back to the store to secure our bank deposit because our local bank night dropbox continuously is out of order. The bank I am referring to is on Coliseum Drive in Hampton Virginia. Constantly poor service and now that the night drop box is shut down 2 to 3 days out of the week. Tomorrow I’m writing an email to corporate letting them know what Is going on.

They let people steal your banking information. I disputed 2 fraudulent transactions online. I also scheduled a telephone appointment because the transactions posted and have not been refunded. Nobody ever called. I called my local branch. Employee was rude and had no idea why nobody called me. She took a message for a banker to call. Still, nobody has called.
