After reading most reviews I'm glad I wasn't hired. I applied 2 times for different positions. I guess mgmt team there not only unqualified in customer care !!!!
But also on hiring people that have great customer service skills. Most comments were not only lack of sales staff but poor quality staff when they found someone. Rude,unknowledgable , not willing to help,arrogant!!!!
I have been in there a cple times . Never find any help and when you do they are rude,arrogant miserable.
I always have said and was trained a store is only as good as it's mgmt team. The team there must really suck!!!!
Not hiring a person with 40 years of customer service under there belt is a poor mgr!
This is why no bussiness comes to Hampton to build . No qualified management staff to run them.
I'm glad now I wasn't hired I don't put up with rude arrogant co workers. Explains now why store is mostly empty when I go in there.

Over an hour wait for an online order. Had one guy working guns with a queue of 5 people. Staff was great but would not recommend.

A fairly fun store to explore, the prices aren’t always the best in town or online. But, if you love fishing, hunting, camping, or just general outdoor activities, you will love this store!

My husband and I went in to shop for fishing stuff. I loved the variety of options they have but what prompted me to write this review is their lack of attention to their WORMS. We got some LIVE night crawlers from them. We opened 5 minutes later we left the store, they were all super STINKY AND DEAD. I returned them right away. The employees could even smell them from inside the bag. HORRIBLE!

It is a real joy to go shopping at BASS PRO SHOP. So fun. Always decorated so nice. This was for 4th of July ??. Thank you BASS PRO SHOPS for rememvering Our Country's Birthday ?????????
