We love this store! There is something for everyone in our family to explore. It’s even a fun place for the kids to go see the fish in the big tank. The bathrooms are a bit too rustic for my taste and could use new toilet seats but other than that everything is great and we go regularly.

Every state I go through, we always stop in a cabelas. Close to home we stopped here to buy a safe. We were told that only the gun counter could assist. We signed in and they had a two hr wait. I went to the front to explain, we just wanted a safe and no gun sales. We were shoo’d away and told to wait. Never had such an experience in the PNW all the way over till we hit Virginia. I will buy online next time.

Great outdoor and sporting goods store. Friendly, helpful outfitters (what sales associates are called). Nice selection of items catered to all outdoor activities: camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, biking, etc - well you get the idea!

It's a nice big store ,visually very appealing. As you come in your approached by staff who want you to apply for their card ...they were the only staff who seemed willing to engage customers..I stood by the counter trying to buy binoculars, waiting for someone to help me for over 15 mins..as bass pro staff walked by and said nothing. One of the other people waiting finally interrupted a clerk behind the counter who was waiting on someone.. Asked if there was anyone else working in the area. Clerk told him to scan the code on the sign.. I have no clue what that does or means. If I wanted to use my electronics I would shop online to begin with. I would recommend you save yourself the headache and just hit Amazon. Probably cheaper anyways. If you do decide to go and get fed up with the crappy service at bass pro , the casino nearby is pretty decent and the people there are nice and helpful. Chicken sandwich they have is also pretty good.

I was in there to pick up an order that I purchased online and that process wasn't what I was expecting. My order was in a box instead of a bag like other places handled online orders. I decided to checkout there sunglasses since I was in the store. The sale associate working that day was awesome. I wish I had remembered her name. I ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses and when I was walking the alarms on the door go off. I had my receipts for the sunglasses and my pickup order which didn't make any sense. I believe that bass pro needs to change the way they do pickup orders.

It's a smaller Bass Pro. The dog, bird feeder and backpacking sections are nice. Stay away from their travel section. They sell a vacation for $199 you get $50 back but you have to sit through a two-hour "tour." That doesn't sound like a vacation to me. Walter is fantastic but there's a pretty aggressive sales lady there... Walter needs a raise for sure. Please send Walter to each and every vacation spot.

We had a blast at Bass Pro Shops! It was a lively day because of the holidays. They have events for families to enjoy such as meeting Santa. They also had awesome sales for Christmas too! We enjoyed watching the fish in the aquarium and checking out all the boat items. I really liked the home decor section , there were some really cool outdoor and garden items. Parking lot is huge and the store is well organized and clean. It was a pleasant experience at Bass Pro Shops!

Most beautiful store & maybe rivals Cabela's in Christians mall. I probably walked around 30 more minutes than I needed to & ya spent more money too My only knock & it's kinda uniform across big retailers... is large firearm desks (I bought a red dot) offer average at best service.

Love walking in there and shopping. The staff is very friendly and I love the decor! Let's open a restaurant in there like other Bass and Pro Shops have :-)

It's good to be back. This is my favorite Bass Pro Shops. A special thank you to Jay in the firearms section! He is not only polite and friendly, but his knowledge is nothing short of extraordinary. A lot of folks are appreciative, as he really is a great employee. Another great visit, and more ammo and other supplies. Depending on how this trip goes, I might return tomorrow to see the new FN hanging. Their selection is very impressive. If you want to go to a Bass Pro, you'll want to go to this one. My buddies and I are gun nuts, but also love camping, fishing, hunting, and tubing. Here you'll find a lot of really competitive deals. Plus the quality of Bass Pro's clothing is legit, especially out in the woods. I love this store, and have always been thrilled with the great employees.

Prices are high but its quiet and calm. Great place for an outdoors person. I would suggest lowering the prices a bit on pretty much everything.

I'm struggling a bit here. So I've been here twice recently and the experiences have been a little polar. I evened this out to a 3 and I hope you take a moment to read the why. The bad part was the inconsistency with the signage. When I was checking out there was a lady who was quite furious about her purchase as she was buying pants that she believed were 20% off. Well... as luck would have it.. so was I. When my purchase rang up, I noticed I didn't get the 20% off I was expecting. Since I was eavesdropping a bit in the other conversation (they were right next to me), the sales associate said: "The sign says, select products only (can't remember exact verbiage)". Then when the customer mentioned "how are you supposed to tell which is on sale?" The sales associate had no answer. I chuckled a bit and jumped in on it and said "Yup, I just got got also. I checked every single pant on that rack and none of them had any designation of being on sale. It lends the customers to believe everything on that rack is the sale price." At this point, I had to leave as we were in a rush but seriously, that's some shady marketing. If you go here, be very cautious of the sales signs as even though this is in poor taste and most places would honor their faux-pas, the sales associate was not budging. Wasn't worth it to me but definitely makes me cautious of future purchases. Now the good part - I love finding places we can bring our dog!! haha.. simple yet effective marketing as we were heading to a camping trip with our dog and where else can you go get both? I mean really... The staff were crazy friendly to our dog and it was a great experience overall. Did I buy anything on sale? lol nope.. but that's par for the course I guess.
