I feel discrimination by the teller she was so rude and she don't wants to help so I call the manager he say he will call me back and he never do that I been client for over 25 years now am very angry right now ..she look me down and she don't want to help

Joanne Donjon is the manager could not have been more rude. The tellers and other employees besides Joanne have been kind and very helpful. This was my first time dealing with Joanne Donjon, and between the terrible attitude and dirty looks as I talked it was such an unpleasant experience. I truly have no clue how she is a manager or leader of anyone. I have never wrote a review, good or bad in my life, but I feel Joanne Donjon earned her spot on top for worst bank manager. Also my worst banking experience. Thank you Joanne Donjon

This is the worst BOA branch I have ever visited. Totally unorganized . Several unused cubicles and only 2 tellers operating. It’s almost as if 9:00 am sneaks up on management everyday. If laziness is the new way this organization runs then BOA in Hampton is crushing it. It appears as if the management at this institution may require more extensive training maybe from the corporate office in Richmond. This operation is totally unacceptable and would more than likely cause customers to seek out other banking institutions to handle their financial needs. Thanks

The teller Gail was very rude. I had been waiting in line and she let somebody skip me although I was a business customer. I explained to her that I was a business customer as well, and nobody was in the business teller line nor was anyone at the desk. She simply rolled her eyes at me, and said the other lady had been waiting when I told her I watched her walked in. I was not loud nor was my tone rude. However her tone was very rude and her words as well. This is not how you treat business owners which is why I don’t come to this bank a lot because I have a bad experience every time I’m there.

Worse bank ever to have a business account with. When depositing a BANK OF AMERICA cashiers check (theirs) they decide to place a hold over a week…. And the check is THEIRS. Horrible experience going back to Wells Fargo wish I never opened an account here. Too time consuming. Not to mention the customer service is even worse.

This 5 star review is for Tenisha and her only. I don’t know about the rest of the bank. Judging from the reviews Tenisha is a god send to this location. Y’all better keep her. Better yet give her a raise.I came in all flustered because I had lost my debit card. Tenisha appeared smiling. She had a mask on but her eyes were smiling. I could tell she was busy but she stopped a moment and I kid you not had me using Apple Pay in less the 72 seconds. Not an exaggeration. Also her eyes kept smiling through the process. Thank you angel!!!

I opened an account with BOA in 11/88. However on today I came in with a check from AAA for deposit and cash back. I gave Teller 733 a deposit slip totally filled out with check amount less cash with total net deposit. When she gave me my client receipt back I asked where is my cash. She said you deposited the entire check. I stated I gave you a deposit slip and she said I didn't look at it. Sorry my fault. I needed the amount I asked for and she gave it to me out of my available cash with gave me a low balance. She said non-chalantly that she could not reverse her screw up. I don't know her name but she should be FIRED FOR NOT DOING HER JOB.

Bank of America is literally just the worst. If I could give them 0 stars that still would be too generous for how terrible this place is. Why are the lines so long? Why are there so many people walking around not assisting people in a line that stretches out the door? Why can I not open a bank account on the weekends? How do they expect the common man to take a day off work to open said account because that’s the only time someone decides to do their job? Please Bank of America, do better.

This bank customer service is terrible. Long lines are continuous and slow. Tellers spending over 10 minutes with every customer. And then to charge people to have an account here. Horrible. Worst part is just to deposit a check.Thankful my business and money is with a bank that isn’t this one!!!!!
