I can always find what I'm looking for and end up buying more than what I went there for. Always nicely stocked.

Best service and auto parts store I've been in on the Hampton Roads area. The staff is amazing, friendly and have great customer service. They go above and beyond. Always willing to go out of their way to make sure I get the parts or product for my car.

I went to AutoZone in Hampton to purchase headlights (one had burned out that morning). Peter B., one of the technicians, was friendly and helpful. He allowed me to borrow a socket wrench to complete the job, and was courteous throughout the process. I will definitely go back for my auto parts!
