There was someone to get me started as soon as I walked into the building. The employees were welcoming and took the time to give me a rundown of the service I was getting. Their prices are affordable and I was in and out. I would recommend!

Everything started out very good with the shop. They were quick to respond on social media regarding the tint. I decided to pay $300 for all 6 windows tinted as well as a life time warranty. I didnt go with the cheapest option because I felt like they gave very good value. At the end their was a mistake on the back window. I addressed it and they said they would fix it. I asked to come back next week because I couldn't stick around any longer. After paying the $300, I asked for a receipt to protect myself seeing as I got the lifetime warranty. To this day, I still haven't gotten a receipt. I told the guy I felt like he was getting over me by not giving me a receipt. He got mad and told me my only option is to come back and they will strip my car of the tints. I am a very reasonable person but at this point i dont trust them. I wish I looked at the other reviews before going to this shop. Be careful with these guys. I will just take the lost at this point

I had a disappointing experience at 'The Car Shop' when I brought my vehicle in for a wrap over a month ago. Unfortunately, during the wrapping process, the shop broke the emblem on my car and removed the spoiler without my consent. They assured me they would order a replacement emblem from the manufacturer and promised to complete the work at my location. However, despite their initial claims, it took them two weeks to inform me that the emblem had arrived.Since then, I have made numerous attempts to hold them accountable for their promises of fixing the emblem and reinstalling the spoiler. Regrettably, even after over a month, my attempts have been unsuccessful. My wrap has not been over two months, and it is starting to peel. This kind of unprofessionalism displayed by the shop is truly disappointing and clarifies why they struggle in the business. I strongly advise against choosing this place for any automotive services, as I wouldn't wish this level of frustration on my worst enemy.

They broke a rolling cloth cover in the trunk of my Honda civic hatchback while tinting it. Owner said he would replace it after trying to repair it with some adhesive. He never got back to me about it. I would give it 0 stars but I can't.

Chris and his crew have been detailing my cars for years. They are professional, thorough, and do an outstanding job! I highly recommend them.

The waiting room is filthy. They broke a part on my car, the owner is unprofessional and if you drive an expensive car they'll ruin it. This is an incredibly sloppy subpar place of business. Would not recommend it to even an enemy. Avoid at all costs.

You get what you paid for... save your money and go somewhere better. they would not let me use the groupon when It was already bought. terrible business i do not recommend it

I won a mini detail at a car show raffle last weekend, and dropped my 16 Ram 1500 off today for them to go at it. Wow, if this is the mini detail I can't imagine a full detail. This truck never looked this good brand new on the lot. Highly recommend, I'll be taking my wifes jeep there soon! 10 stars highly recommend!

Horrible customer service and does a bad job at detailing my car. Left a bunch of residue and stains on the seat. Do not recommend at all! The owner of this place is very rude and uncooperative in finding a solution. Do not risk going to this scam of a place!

I could not be happier with the car detailing service that was done at The Car Shop! Not only was the service done at a competitive and fair price- MOST importantly my car was thoroughly cleaned and all within 2hrs. The service I chose included pet hair removal and shampooing of my vinyl seats!! I had been putting this off for at least a year as most places charge an arm and a leg to have your car detailed. Now I know this is something I can get done more often, because The Car Shop have made this service possible for a fair price!!! I feel like I have a brand new car again!!!

I took my car in to get tinted and I'm very pleased with the results. They were ready for me at my appointment time and got me in and out in about an hour. The shop is tucked away off of rt 1, but it's very easy to get to. I saw some of the detail work they were doing and from what I could see they were very good on that end as well.
