Constant issues with one of the workers.. Diane. She is so rude and disrespectful. Never done anything to her. Today alone went to pay with my wallet from their app. Didn't tell my family member that they had to tell them they want to pay with it. But they did mention that they where told to pay with the phone. So they left without the items. I went back to pay for said items minutes later. She decided to publicly embarrass me in front off numerous strangers and customers. "If you don't have the money for these drinks you don't need to make them." Woah lady Definitely wouldn't walk into a store if I couldn't pay for my chosen items. Let alone prepare them. Just inexcusable behavior. And worse of all this is not hee first attack on my family and i. It's constant! Even her fellow coworkers will verbally stare they prefer not to work with her. If you hate your job quit. Don't take it out on the customers!!!

Dennis was more concerned about me bringing home free cheese that’s posted as free, he wanted to charge me for a slurpee when I said never mind it got thrown out so I don’t understand how that’s helping your food cost. But then when the machines weren’t working and kept denying my card after I showed them my account and my card and that their app wasn’t working he didn’t care to help figure out what was wrong . . So I had to cancel my entire transaction and just leave because all I got was shoulder shrugs I think you need to get your customer service priorities straight.

Just walked out of the 7 eleven at 81 beach road. I am a regular customer and this is my go-to 7-Eleven. Signs posted in door that masks are mandatory, yet the employee behind the counter refuses to wear a mask!?!?!? The management needs to correct this particular employee as soon as possible!!!! I’d give less than one star.
