Worst 7 eleven in the area. Doesn't stock or carry 7-Eleven standard supplies. Rewards are useless here. 100 percent would say go somewhere else. Your money will be better spent

It’s actually a nice store, for the most part. However, like so many other things a few people make it bad for everyone else. A few of the employees are rude and either outright liars or they are confused. Also be wary of false advertising on the app that some there will say ‘ they have no control of’ when you are attempting to redeem reward’s/ promotions. Btw get a paper receipt because a certain individual there overcharged me( took more than cost and tax) and they will likely be under investigation soon. Bottom line- be as wise as a serpent and as harmless as a dove.

Horrible experience at this location the store manager and employees are very rude I went into the store and I felt unwelcome I asked for fresh coffee because it wasn’t hot it was warm and the lady went off I wouldn’t recommend no services to this location…..is there a Field Consultant I can speak with for this matter?I also purchased fruit and a deli sandwich and I didn’t notice until I purchased the items that the date on both the deli sandwich and fruit was expired so I asked if I could get my money back the woman said no I couldn’t please do not shop at this location!!!!!!!

The most rudest people EVER work at this 7 eleven. It needs to be shut down asap. This store is disrespectful and if I could rate zero stars I would. I wouldn’t return to the store if my LIFE depended on it. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR SERVICES , MONEY or TIME

The worst 7 eleven in America. Never open when it's supposed to and customer service is abysmal. This 7 eleven needs to be shut down. There's a reason why you don't get any customers. Hire good people and fire the lazy workers... Duh!

The very rude cashier falsely accused me of shoplifting, saying I put candy in my pocket. I was wearing leggings that did not even have pockets. After showing him this, he realized his mistake but gave absolutely no apology. I was very taken aback by this encounter and will never be stopping here again. If I could give zero stars I would. Rude cashiers, disorganized store front, and an overall unpleasant experience.

On July 27th, at 10:58 pm, my rights were violated at this store! As a loyal rewards member and customer, I have NEVER been so insulted before by any store owner or employee! I used the 7-11 app to pay for my purchase to save time, as the employee working the register was taking way too long. When I showed him my receipt, he said, ‘we don’t do this at this store’ and started yelling at me. Then he took my phone out of my hand, without my consent, and took a picture of it, and called the store owner. The store owner, who is also INCREDIBLY RUDE, confirmed that they don’t use the feature on the 7-11 app. I told the employee that I paid for my product, would not be paying for it again, and that if he had an issue he could call the police and we could speak to them together!
Today, I went back in to try to buy something. I was refused entry by the owner. I have filed a formal complaint with 7-11, case number: cs2378422
I will be speaking with my attorney as well. Ya’ll picked the wrong person to do this to and to violate.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Starving from working all day, just trying to think of something fast and cheap. Yea it's DEFINITELY cheap. The black dude behind the counter was rude as hell and acted like he wished he was anywhere but there. Got home and the pizza wasn't even baked long enough. The crust was very doughy. I will drive the extra distance to another 7-11 to get better service.

Good morning
I had the worst experience you could ever have on Hardy Cash drive and Neil Armstrong parkway. Upon entering the store a customer with standing at the front counter and noticed I was wearing the glasses for glaucoma to block the lighting and asked me if I needed assistance in finding what I'm looking for which number one should have been the job of the employees no assistance was offered from the employees I did say I'm coming from the eye doctor had surgery on Wednesday so I have a lot of medication so I am now carrying a larger pocketbook to carry my medicine around with me while walking up and down the aisles trying to decide on something light to snack on I finally decided on some coffee and a brownie when I get to the counter to pay for my items the cashier says to me to take the item out of my bag I'm like what are you talking about not once while in the store did I go into my bag I know what my bank accounts have in them and I know what my spending limitations are she looks over to the manager and tells her yes I saw her put it in there she must have took it out and put it on the aisle I put my purse on the counter and told her there is nothing in my purse other than my eye drop medication bag but I would willingly give her my blind lost vision left eye for her left eye but there are no items in my purse that would belong to the store I'm not stealing
I felt so embarrassed and will never come back see that 7-Eleven ever again thank you

Thursday night shift (12:10AM, April 18 2024. MFer working the register is rude as hell. Greets you with "whatchu want" when you walk through the door, tries to rush you, and catches an attitude because he doesn't understand what you're asking him for, even if you're pointing directly at the sign behind him that explains what you want.

These guys are constantly rude and Just stares wt every single person that walks in acting like every single person will steal from them. Honestly anyone that's part of the Patel clan is terrible. The owner is by far the worst. Also they constantly do false advertising for gas prices and I will never go back there again.

Felt targeted when me and and my husband first walked in with eye rolling from the cashier. Slow business time inside. Proceeded to get a slushy with my husband from the machine and while making the second drink, slushie got on the countertops. We looked everywhere for a napkin to clean up the spillage but could not find one. I walked towards the register to the same cashier I passed walking in and she states, "ask and ye shall recieve". I was confused briefly of who she was talking to but it was just me standing there. She(they), repeated, the same statement, "ask and ye shall recieve". I said do you have a napkin while, adding that there should be napkins available anyway in those areas. Cashier still didn't move to get a napkin and just kept leaning on the register, stating again, "ask and ye shall recieve". I stated how poor this service was, but honestly it goes beyond that. This associate watched us looking for a napkin, and never even came over to offer one. She(they), clearly saw the need of a patron and instead of helping, attacked me with rude, uncalled for responses. I was definitely treated unfairly and will be letting everyone know not to stop at this location if you plan to be treated fairly!
