I've been at 3am and I've been at 3pm. The staff always welcomes you regardless of the hour. They're genuinely the nicest convenience store in the 757. Props to the staff trainer and everyone who works at this location. Everyone there are just genuinely nice people. They all deserve raises. Orcutt 7-11 is unmatched. Again, props to every staff member there.

My pizza was not cut, nor was I informed that it was not cut. Also found two cardboards underneath pizza, one clearly from another pizza. They should be removed BEFORE you cook the pizza and never ever put into box! Already messaged cooperates from other 7/11. Obviously, nothing is being done as I keep trying different 7/11 and coming out with bad experiences. They do not care to teach/train properly.
Also. Didn't have cigarettes I wanted AND they don't take electronic coupons becsuse their cashiers don't know how to check and make sure it's not a fake one so they just don't allow it at all, rather then teaching.

The black women with the glasses who appears to be the manager is extremely mean and rude I had a awful experience I would not recommend this store to anyone

Customer service is trash. Cashier is slow and as ugly as her attitude. Coffee is cold and drink area was neglected and just dirty. Not worth the covid. Wawa is better.

I just found out the corporate took that store back ,it was a franchise I'm really happy to hear that, maybe now store will be a lot more cleane and the prices a little bit more reasonable

The employees in the afternoon and evening don't wear masks. I actually asked if they are required to wear masks. The employee politely said " Yes, ma'am, we are. Then, proceeded to bag my items.

I would like to apologize to the vice president that entered the store today at this location when she asked me “thanks for wearing my mask.” I did have on a mask but I was wondering why she said that, as I took it the wrong way. It was a family here in the store WEARING NO MASK .I think she was using me as an example.,, I am apologizing for my response back to her, I think she should’ve approached the Family WITH NO MASK INSTEAD OF ME!! Happy holidays.
