On national 7-11 slurpee day they STOPPED doing the free slurpees at 7pm despite the slurpee machines being full and “ready”- sign said “see cashier for cup” and was told that. Stated that was the owners discretion. Way to celebrate the chain that’s probably made you millions by disappointing customers. That was the last straw for me, always get creepy vibes with certain cashiers when I’m in there alone with my daughters, so that just sealed the deal for me.
That one may be closer but I will not stop there again.

Said they had no pepperoni nor cheese pizza at 4:30 am….Doesn’t your pizzas get delivered daily? (Unless someone doesn’t know how to do orders daily.)

The only reason that I could not give it all five stars is because the men's room needs a little bit of attention ( busted urinal; slightly dirty floor ). Other than that, this is perhaps one of the best 7-Elevens in the Hampton Roads area. It's consistently well stocked. Other than the previously mentioned issue with the men's room, the store is clean, tidy and well organized. Whether it's gasoline or a snack, the staff are friendly and courteous. But here's the big one for me; they actually keep the gasoline pumps stocked with receipt paper !!! I do not have to walk in the store when I need a receipt!

It's very nasty inside. The bathroom alone made me sick to my stomach. It's nasty at the coffee and beverage area. Don't get me started on the overall appearance. It's giving the neighborhood a bad look.That being said they can try to compete with the new Sunoco across the street all they want, but I will pay the extra 2 cents for the better quality at least I don't have worry about contracting hepatitis.

I always go here before work to get my coffee or a couple of energy drinks. The staff is nice. I get in and out pretty quick.
