This 7-Eleven don't open 24/7 even though it says 24/7 online. Apparently they closed from 12:00 a.m. through 7:00 a.m. never in my 39 years on this Earth had I ever seen a 7-Eleven closed. This is a real inconvenience to me

Sales associate was very inconsiderate she thought that it was more important for her to go outside and smoke a cigarette than it was to help a customer I came in to pay a bill and I was told by a sales associate that she was the only one that could help me at the time and she was going outside to smoke and warm up cause her hands was cold and I could wait 5 are10 mins for her to finish mind you I’m already running late for work smh very disappointed

Only 2 kinds of coffee ready at 930 in the morning.Took my empty cup back out to the car. Saw ice coffee and grabbed an extra large cup and filled it with ice. But the ice coffee machine was empty. Reduced to soda. Went up to the line while the cashier talked to a vendor. The line got long, so she finally made her way back to the register. No greeting, didn't ask if I found everything I needed. She only asked me if I filled my cup with coffee without paying for it. Very unprofessional. They also have a wall of pics of people they claim have stolen from the store.

Wendy, the “team lead” was extremely disrespectful upon my arrival to the store. She was actively berating, degrading, and cursing another associate for some perceived wrong. When another customer asked her to just finish checking him out, she cussed at him and told him to get out. Then as i attempted to complete my business at the register she just walked away with no regard for customer satisfaction. The associate that Wendy was cussing out, Georgia, was an absolute sweetheart and conducted “Service with a smile” throughout our entire interaction. She was courteous, respectful, and polite going through this ordeal despite the immense stress i am sure she felt. When i asked for the General Managers number so i could report this, Wendy only stated that she was the “Manager on Duty” and she could document any concerns. When i politely told her i could not trust her to submit a report that is about herself, she hung up on me. I have seen better emotional control from my toddler than Wendy displayed today. Its sickening to think that the owner would put such a person in a position of authority.

Always pretty terrible customer service. This time the girl actually stepped outside when she had a line to write what I think was a happy birthday message on the window. Drinks in the fountain were mixed all wrong.

I don't expect customer service when I go to a 7-Eleven. But simple kindness from your employees would make for a better experience, especially if you're just trying to be a simple patron. I was going to get wings but I asked if I could have My rice heated in the microwave to go with the wings. I feel like that was a simple request.

Everything is price hiked and owner is rude, disrespectful and this business needs to be investigated...IMMEDIATELY!!!

Guy refused to sell me a charger because it was near the alcohol aisle and when I said it's at the end he said no thats illegal. And then when I said why I couldn't just buy one next to him he said i guess you can buy one of them (the 3ft chargers that arent speed chargers but are over $20!). He gave me a hard time and when I said thats fine just get me a USB c, he had a conversation with someone else then turned back to me like 'what?', I told him I just need the charger, the system errored and he got mad at me for it, finally worked and I ran out of there as soon as it was accepted. Rudest guy I have ever had the unfortunate circumstance of running into in life. Just needed a charger dude, didn't have to go caveman on me, just do your job and sell the dang thing. He then followed me out and was circling my car with his broom and dust pan. What a creep!
