Always pretty terrible customer service. This time the girl actually stepped outside when she had a line to write what I think was a happy birthday message on the window. Drinks in the fountain were mixed all wrong.

I don't expect customer service when I go to a 7-Eleven. But simple kindness from your employees would make for a better experience, especially if you're just trying to be a simple patron. I was going to get wings but I asked if I could have My rice heated in the microwave to go with the wings. I feel like that was a simple request.

This, by far, is the worst 711 to go to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Everything is price hiked and owner is rude, disrespectful and this business needs to be investigated...IMMEDIATELY!!!

Guy refused to sell me a charger because it was near the alcohol aisle and when I said it's at the end he said no thats illegal. And then when I said why I couldn't just buy one next to him he said i guess you can buy one of them (the 3ft chargers that arent speed chargers but are over $20!). He gave me a hard time and when I said thats fine just get me a USB c, he had a conversation with someone else then turned back to me like 'what?', I told him I just need the charger, the system errored and he got mad at me for it, finally worked and I ran out of there as soon as it was accepted. Rudest guy I have ever had the unfortunate circumstance of running into in life. Just needed a charger dude, didn't have to go caveman on me, just do your job and sell the dang thing. He then followed me out and was circling my car with his broom and dust pan. What a creep!

Question ...Why do ALL ...I mean ALL 7-11 stores say"No Public Restroom" ?Answer ...I think they don't want to clean the bathrooms.(I guess)Makes no sense!To Wawa ... I Gofor my coffee, sandwich and CLEAN restroom.SMH wow ?Hopefully corporate sees this and says something.

PAY AT THE PUMP DOES NOT WORK.Store itself is decent, aside from posting dozens of pictures of people banned from the store all over the walls, but paying at the pump DOES NOT WORK and has not for several months. You are forced to go into the store, and I find this unacceptable, especially when I'm in a rush.

Was stopped safely to used the phone and this 711 worker came out to tell me that she was going to tell me if I didn't get out of her employee parking which clearly was not marked and the s***** way that she asked was ridiculous I'll make sure I'll bypass this 7-Eleven every time from now on guess it would have been okay had I been rolling up for blunt thats Newport News for you....

Was closed, entire parking lot taped off…won’t go to other one near by because they act lazy. Why is it called 7/11 if it’s not always open? Heard a rumor there is an older man who works night and if he is by himself he does not work…heads up like a sign would be nice.
