Employee sold me an opened Vuse Pod box that had been used and then refused to refund or exchange it. So basically the employees are stealing the tobacco and then trying to make the customer pay for it. This is a huge issue. I’m reporting this to the Vuse Company as well and corporate 7/11.

Paid $20 for regular gas at 3.93 per gallon. Got 5 gallons, so the pump said. Got back in my car that averages 20 miles to the gallon and it said I had 48 miles to empty. No way it put 5 gallons in my car. I got scammed ??♀️

I love this 7-eleven i go here a lot and i have had no problems with this store it is right around the corner from my house so i don't have to take a long trip but the employees there are very helpful ,very nice, and very good at doing there jobs. I appreciate this 7-eleven every time i walk into the door. but the foreign man is very disrespectful to customers I can't stand seeing him he has a bad attitude and 1 time he yelled at me i wanted to knock him out like Mike Tyson in the first round.

I've been to some bad 7-Eleven stores, but this is probably the worst. The service is typically bad with most of the staff having an attitude. I also went there to get one of their store branded products, only to find it was already used. Extremely disappointed and won't be going here again, unless I need gas.

One nite in December 2018, at 2am I needed gas and this location had a sign in the window it was closed for computer system issues. The one down the street at Briarfield was closed with the doors locked with no explanation at all and the one on PowerPlant Parkway & Pembroke childishly closes every night from 2-4 am for 'maintenance'. These are all supposed to be 24 hour stores and I wrote corporate and they did nothing. Also, I never liked 7-11 anyway because while they sell western union money orders all nite, they won't cash them, which is stealing. How can you sell something and not service it?

Stopped in for a cup of coffee at 7:30 a.m. Coffee island was filthy and out of most condiments. Limited selection of coffee. Store owner (I'm assuming) was berating female employee in front of everyone.
