7-11 should count their days. Since new updates 7-11s cannot scan passport cards as identification. Only state IDs and Licenses. I as an American national have no need for state IDs and Licenses. Now I cannot purchase alcohol or tobacco even though I have valid identification.

This store requires new management, ownership, and personnel on all levels. Being a previous employee and management at the organization. I am astonished at how many times I have gone from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. and found the store locked or closed. There is an employee inside. There is no way the store should be closed for so long. I'm certain they're losing money. They already have a high rate of goods theft, with a list of images placed within the store. Loss of money due to closure and theft. When will there be change? I know I can’t be the only one.
I was responded by whom I deem to be maybe the manger.
“
Just wanted to address your concerns about the store being locked not closed from 12 midnight to 4am. First of all we do not close the store as you suggested but the doors may be locked at times for safety reasons, we operate all night because we do delivery services for food delivery companies so we are not losing money because the average basket size is about $15-20 per delivery, most customers who complain about store being locked during that time are only buying cigarettes, gas or tobacco which does not make us much money, and they could easily get during normal hours if they only plan their day better, I would highly recommend that you utilize the 7now delivery for any of your middle of the night needs where your order will be promptly fulfilled in 30 minutes or less “
Recommending someone to use a delivery service when they can offer their own vehicle is really foolish. You enjoy making excuses for bad, incompetent employees. I worked the third shift myself. There's no reason it should be locked for extended periods of time. You should adjust your hours. If it hasn't been closed during that time, why are there so many reviews saying the same thing? I simply broke the ice. We're exhausted. We will get this done.

I went in for two lotto tickets - big total (I did buy some stuff). The lady that rang me up didn't get annoyed that I had a large cash amount off the lotto tickets. She was very nice and polite which is a nice change. You bring lotto tickets to a gas station near me and she gives you a huge attitude and makes you step aside for other customers instead of ringing you up. Refreshing to go to this 7 11. It's on Pembroke Ave

They had no ice, hot fontain drinks, next to nothing on diet drinks. We can't bring our own cups due to covid restrictions. The African American lady with blond hair stated this. We were told that if we didn't like their drink selection, We could go to another 7/11 in the area . Rude and the other person working with her rude as hell as well.

We had to form a team of customers waiting to buy gas and snacks just to wake up the employee in the back. It was an older African American lady who was rude only to other African Americans. This was at about 11pm on a weekday. Is this intentional??

I just left this store. While in line, I decided to get 2 pepperoni slices of pizza. When I asked the tall dark skin skinny black girl with glasses wearing a long wig/weave, she yelled "I'm not reaching over any pizza for you!" Actually, the 2 slices I wanted was close to her no reaching over pizza was involved. I told her never mind got my stuff and left. Whoever she is, she needs CUSTOMER SERVICE RETRAINING!!!

Friendly ladies in there on a Sunday afternoon. Coffee and snack out of there quick. Someone was yelling about the chili dog being the best in Hampton. Next time.

This store is extremely ghetto. They will hire anyone. They call themselves services the community but the store is never clean, rude workers, and they make their own rules. The hours that are post d can change at any moment. They lock the doors even tho it's supposed to be open 24/7. The workers even steal the lottery tickets out of the store.

Horrible experience here. 6:45 in the morning one person working. There is no breakfast items up. I purchased a large coffee and a Red Bull. I had a little cup that was empty also. He charged me $1.59 when I asked he states very rudely “I have to pay for the cups so do you”. Corporate please address this man or manager or whoever he is an empty cup shouldn’t cost someone $1.59. Sick to think how low down and desperate for money people are!

went into the store and the manager was sitting down eating while i waited to be helped. She then looked up and instead of helping me she called the person behind me to help. I said wow and thats when all heck broke loose. this trashy girl started getting rude and threatening me. She said she didnt mind losing her job and she would come around the counter and stick me. we exchanged words after she verbally threatened to physically assault me. after 15 minutes of her running her mouth she finally walked over to the register and canceled my order. She told me she was going to drag me and that she gets off at 6 pm.. I guess
