That’s it!! This is my second review on this store in the last 3months!? Same employee Tim loves to be disrespectful to me and I’m the nicest person ever and always smiling when I walk in!! This man took 2minutes to ring up my items and didn’t want to ring me up for a second transaction for incents and a cash5 ticket He told me I should have bought everything at once!? WTH?? Also everytime I come here I have at least 2 different transactions so this is nothing new. To make matters worst he let me stand there for 5m while he broke change and did all his lil stuff and no 1 was behind me ? I stood there calm and patient. There’s no explanation for what he did at all!? This is not the first time he has done this! ATP this 711 is dead to me I refuse to spend over $30 a day in a store where the same employee obviously thinks it’s okay to disrespect me and say whatever for no darn good reason! I’m seriously distraught and don’t feel valued as a customer at all!! And I’m not gone keep asking to talk to Danny because he obviously hasn’t told this man to leave that nice lady alone! Also his crazy butt said I don’t got 20m to waste on 1 person!???You took only 2min to ring up my stuff and let me stand there for 5minutes with no one behind me! Good writtens to this store I love Mimi service but I can’t do this store no more and ill be happy to pay for a Lyft for now on down the street where I’m highly valued and respected✌?By the way his actions took my smile off my face and my appetite away!

Miss Mimi you are a Godsend! This woman treats people like family and I am grateful to see her smile every time I come in. She recently expressed her need of help in the store and it seems she got it! Miss Mimi, you deserve a healthy pay and recognition for the way you handle people. I have watched her handle more than one customer at a time and her smile and sweet talk is something I look forward to! You are amazing miss Mimi! God bless you and thank you for being a sweet human! You deserve praise and a pay raise!!! Thank you for making my dark days better ❤️

A store employee put his hands on me in there last night at 11:15 because he got mad that I asked for ketchup for my hotdogs and the jug was empty. He sat in the chair behind the counter and pointed across the room and told me that people always say that because they just don't open their eyes. When I respond, he came around the corner an pushed me. If I do nor received a response to this today from management, I will move to the next step legally against this establishment. I will not be physically assaulted and let this go. When I told him I would be contacting his manager he became very vocal in letting me know how many people have already tried.

I came in at around 3:15 pm on Monday December the 20th 2021 and one of you employees who used to work at my local 722 in newport news was being being rude and cursing at patrons for no reason. He cursed at me called me an a hole and I took it as a joke because I knew him from before, but then is aw him treating another customer like that and the older gentleman didn't take very kindly to that. Absolutely outrageous.

Go to any other store in Hampton. They don't have gas, and the employees are vulgar, unprofessional, and treat the store like a personal hang out. After my experience today, I gladly await the day that this stores doors shut forever. If you hire horrible employees that think it's ok to use profanity loudly ignoring their customer base, and then rage when asked to refrain, don't even wear uniforms, and refuse to share the owners contact info, this community will find other places to spend their money. The 7-11 right down the road is a far superior experience..I called corporate after not receiving any cooperation. The parking lot is full of beggars, drunks and unsavory individuals. If that's not enough the number of robberies, and shootings would keep anyone away. I can't believe I paid 2.57 to get a cup of coffee, and deal with such disrespectful employees...oh, and they will try to delete every poor review they recieve. Run away from this store.

Not a pleasant shopping experience when the only employee is yelling at customers to hurry up so he can lock the store to go to the bathroom.

The guy working last night has some serious issues. He wanted to talk about sexual harassment b/c of where I pulled my money out of. Idk what was up with this guy but you better believe I won't come back to this 711. This guy made me feel seriously uncomfortable.

The young lady, manager I think, with short black hair and glasses deserves a raise. I'm awful with names but she's extremely kind and she has sense of urgency! She will ring you up on one register and someone else on another register at the same time just to get you on your way. She's why I'm giving 5 stars
