“This was my first time ever needing any sort of body work done on my car. Of course I thought the process was going to be stressful but it wasn’t at all. Crystal, Mike and Bryan kept me in the loop the entire way and sent updates through text which was extremely helpful given my cell service is terrible when I’m at work. I highly recommend Carstar in Purcellville for any body work needing to be done. They worked directly with the Insurance company, making my life so much easier. I didn’t have to go through 100 steps to plan a rental or to worry about pick up and drop off. 10/10!”
“As a long time customer of Truck’N America of Purcellville VA since 1992, I would like to thank Paul and Luke for their excellent customer support. Having an issue with a truck bed cover that was installed at the time of purchase of my truck 4yrs and 11mons ago. Little did I know at time of purchase the cover was warranted on for the duration of the truck’s warranty . If i had purchased it from Truck’N America it would have had a Limited Lifetime warranty. After verifying my concern Paul And Luke admitted it was a problem they had never seen in my model cover. “I came in the store to buy a couple of windshield wipers and was trying to change them at the parking lot in front of the store. I struggled a lot since I did not know how to change one. One of the employees, Charlie, noticed and offered to help. He showed me step-by-step on how to change the front windshield wipers and also found out I bought the wrong windshield wiper for the back. He and another employee helped me return the previous wiper to exchange for the right one and change it as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The employees were also really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this auto parts shop.”

“I needed to get a recall done and a couple other services. I called Fairfax and they said I couldn't wait for the recall, even though the recall letter said it would only take an hour or two. The person I talked to didn't know how much the other services I needed would cost and wouldn't give me an estimate. They said they would have someone call me back and they never did even after another attempt. I then called Manassas, got a voicemail and left a message and never got a call back.
Then I tried Dulles Kia. Scott Pugh answered right away, gave me estimates for the services I needed and said I could wait instead of having to leave my vehicle. I went and they performed the services and recall in under 2 hours. Easy peasy. Even though Fairfax and Manassas are closer to me, I'll drive the extra distance out to Dulles Kia next time.”

“This shop just found a new customer for life! After a recent trip I had a weight distribution hitch come loose, that needed adjustment in order to safely pull my travel trailer RV. Stopped by nice gentleman sent me down street to Browning Equipment for a 5/8 x 1/2 in bolt. Returned back within 15 minutes hitch was adjusted/tightened to proper alignment sent me on my way. I was able to support two local mom and pop businesses for one hassle free job. Anytime I’m in need of hitch work, wheel bearing greasing or tires I will be back. Very grateful there is still honest, nice hardworking shops in Loudoun County.”
