Wish I could give a half star he diagnose my car motor gone bad and charged me 475$ I refuse to pay and he still charged 300 he will never get another car of mine.... My car sit in his yard he said it was to hot he didn't have any space in shop my car never went in his shop. He gets no business so he try to rob anyone go there... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP HE'S A ROBBER!!!!!!!

Traveled 3.5 hours from Portsmouth to Danville. Leaving on my way to go back home the ABS sensor in 1 tire failed and the car basically stopped driving in south boston. I went to 4 different places trying to get help and basically got a no every time. So I had to leave the truck, call a ride and come back the next day to try and get the tire fixed. I went to 2 different places before I got referred to Gump's by the auto parts store. I called and he said he was available to fix my truck as soon as I could get there. Within 5 minutes of looking at my vehicle he pulls me into the bay and shows me that my wheel barring on my right rear tire is done for and advises me that I should not drive my truck home because the wheel will most likely fly off in route. Then proceeds to show me all other 3 tires and tells me the right front is going out too. He then discussed my options with me and we came up with a plan and my truck was fixed in 20 minutes once he got the part and I'm back on the road home after a very stressful, disappointing and hard 2 days. He was quick, honest, reasonably priced and fair. Very nice guy as well. Very satisfied.Service: Tires

He worked on my girlfriends Equniox and was great and didnt have to wait long at all. Hes very honest and reasonable when dealing with the parts you need and isn't that costly. If anything else breaks I would take it to him if I cant fix it. Thanks Josh!!Deb
