If you have booked an immunization on the Rite Aid website for Grottoes, be sure to call and verify that they will actually give the vaccination. When I went at my appointed time, I was told that they were just too busy and to come back in 4 days. They are woefully understaffed.

DO NOT GO. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Waited for 30min for my meds and then she acted like I did something wrong for just coming to pick up meds. Very poor customer service.

I continue to only hear negative things about this pharmacy. I've been three times, and it's ALWAYS a terrible experience! Don't even wast your time sending your medicine to this place! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Avoid at all cost!!! Extremely SLOW. Took 45 minutes to pick up prescriptions AFTER they had been filled and listed as “ready for pick up.” Then to top it off, they lost a prescription and wanted to argue that I had already picked it up! If they last 90 days it will be shocking! Not even deserving of the one star.
