Called Jerry, scheduled to fix my heater on my RV. He came early, finished the job just in about 30 minutes, no wasting time and it works perfectly. Don't think so much about the money spend but the quality and swiftness of what it is he does. Definitely has earned my respect and will call Jerry anytime I need RV repairs. Thank you!

I called Jerry at 530 Pm on a Friday. He got to the site in 30 minutes. He then fixed my AC (which was an incorrectly wired ac unit from the manufacturer) in record time . He could have charged me anything and I would have been stuck. He charged me a very fair price and humbly explained he doesn’t believe in running a business that way. I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks again Jerry.

Well not the way we wanted to start a long trip with leaking faucets but Jerry and his partner bailed us out. Called at 9 AM and by noon they had gotten replacement faucets and had them installed! Also very neat and careful which thrilled my wife!

Jerry’s is not a good at what they do had him put a ac in a 40 ft camper and since day one they broke a bolt in it and it has been leaking water I have called and called and it’s been over a year and no call back or any temp to fix it I do not recommend Jerry’s

I called Jerry to have his company do a simple survey/appraisal on a 2002 RV trailer I was thinking of purchasing. After a couple of weeks waiting , which to be honest , he did say at the initial call he was back up, he finally went to do the survey. I was quoted $90.00 per hour. He admits he was less than 20 minutes from the address and a survey won't take long. No problem. I paid $135.00 total and all I received was a 3-4 line email message. The store staff who took my payment told me he would send me a full appraisal after doing research , on parts and other similar units in the market. After several attempts to get an official report, told there's no such formal form , statement or anything official to present to me for my money.Being a RV , boat an other recreation unit owner, I know different. If someone can show me different , I'm open to have my past experience proven wrong. In my dealing with this business , my suggestion is to shop around and fined someone else who is a true professional in there field.Norman D.

My husband and I are RV newbies who bought a used fifth wheel. Jerry was patient with all our questions and took the time to explain his answers and show us features we needed to know how to operate. Additionally, his price was very reasonable.A very nice man, and I highly recommend him!

Jerry and Ben came out promptly after my initial call. Worked with me on a needed replacement part and came back quickly for the repair. Super friendly and knowledgeable, will be calling them again for any future needs on our travel trailer.

2020 351 Grand design RV it had about five or six problems and a few things that need to be fixed for warranty they were all taken care of without any problem very nice would definitely call them again if we have more problems thank you

He drove an hour to look at my awning, charged $200. He never called back and never returned my calls. I've never left a negative review, but, I've also never been taken advantage of like that.
