My cashier at the Grottoes Virginia location was absolutely rude. He got smart with me because I asked what my total was and then he made sure to go extra extra slow giving me my change obviously on purpose. If you don't like your job than get a different one don't take it out on customers.

Rude employees. The place is a disaster more often than not.My 7 YEAR OLD said "have a nice day!" To the cashier after she cashed us out and the lady rudely LOOKED at my daughter and did not say a word!
