The people here were very professional in my experience, they’re by the book, so they wouldn’t load me a day early, that’s fine. I had to drive 17 miles to the circle K to get parked and came back the next morning to get loaded. I was greeted with the same courtesy and professionalism as the day before, they gave me a door, and started loading within 15 minutes.
I have no complaints about their professionalism and service, my only criticism is regarding the area they are located. I’m a rookie, only in my second week, but navigating these small roads that lead to this facility put my training to the test, I’m just glad I was taught the correct way to drive a 53’ trailer…. Drivers, be careful.

Once you come off of the highway. Take the second right past the 2 houses. Then take another right. You will see a shipping/receiving sign on the left. Take that left & come behind the building. They are working on me right now as I type this.

Will take you early to load. Although they are confused on which side of the building will load. Sign on both shipping doors stating that the other side is the loading side. Even if you load early, they will hold you hostage until 1500 depending on load. Picked up yesterday at 1100 for a1200 appt. Then was told that they couldn’t release me until 1500. People are nice though.

This I the cleanest warehouse I have ever been in. The folks there do a great job on keeping the facility up to date and clean.
