On Tuesday, Jan. 3 we were driving back to Clayton, NC from Hardy, VA when we had a flat on our F-150. After receiving NO support from our Allstate Motor Club service, we started checking local tire dealers. While Gretna could not come to us, they were only a few blocks away so we limped to them - knowing the tire was shot anyway. Their service was EXCELLENT! We got a replacement tire - not new but in very good condition - from their shop and were back on the road in just a few minutes - and did not get hosed on the cost. Great service and a great price! Probably dropping Allstate after more than 25 years!

I had to swing by here on a moments notice here last weekend on Saturday due to a tire blow out. They were able to get to my car an hour and a half before they initially said they could and was able to get a new tire on the rim without taking it off my car (forgot my special socket at home). They were able to save me a ton of time and I was able to make my 3 hour drive back to NC the same day because of them. And because of that thank you!

These wonderful people saved the day!! I called 4 tire shops at 8am they were the only one that said they could get the tires by 2 pm, and my car would be ready by 3. The price was beyond great!! Will be returning!!!

Mounted two rear tractor tires and two ATV tires. Service is awesome. People are customer friendly and prices are reasonable.Highy recommend.

They will get you in and out. Very nice and friendly customer service is very good. They balance and rotate tires. They do alignments.

My husband said that if something were to happen to him, to remember that I drive a Subaru (translation: I should have few problems if I maintain it) and to go to Gretna Tire when needed. “Even if it has nothing to do with tires, go there anyhow and those guys will point you in the right direction.” It was an omen; literally one of the last conversations I recall from the week he died. I’ve been to GT twice since. They’re fast. No surprises. Front office and crew seem genuinely interested in making sure they send me on my way with no worries. They don’t know my story. I’m guessing they treat customers well period.

Great service, very reasonable prices. Got 2 tires for my front and an alignment. They took care of me and all I needed. Didn't get gouged on the price either. Gotta love honest repairs. They even replaced my battery, which was a major deal because of it's location in my engine compartment. I will definitely be back in the future if needed. As a woman, sometimes a business will try to get over on you, not these guys. If your in the area, in need of tires or a repair, stop in. You won't be disappointed. ?
