Keep changing online banking. Older people can't navigate through so many computer changes and can't drive either to go to bank and stand in line because drive through is so fast pace oriented

Horrible sitting at window waiting to be helped and the car In front had taken over 30 minutes and her and the lady are just talking if you want a friend make them off your time working you should be ashamed of yourself... This was the first window no one has all damn day

The Gretna branch, I also dread coming out of the driveway onto main street, car front end drags every time, luckily no damage yet. Definitely needs attention.

Good people. Friendly service. However, the driveway coming out onto main Street needs leveling. My car had to have the radiator replaced and I'm not the only one to aquire damage from trying to leave the driveway. This needs immediate action. This is ridiculous
