Thao was very courteous and kind. She was the exact opposite of mean people at Potomac Falls. Will always go to this location in the future for any passport or other shipping needs.

P.J. and Oliver are saints! So helpful and kind!! They ensured my fingerprinting was done correctly by spending about an hour with me and consistently working to find a solution. Such a better experience than the one I had at the USPS in Ashburn. Kings!

This is one of the better USPS locations I’ve been to. Had gone on a weekday and so didn’t have to wait in a queue. The staff were courteous and prompt in fulfilling my package requests.The place was neat and had ample parking space.I would recommend this USPS location to others.

The people who work here are lovely. We had an appointment for our passports and they were so efficient and kind. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. We pass a few other post offices to get here but it is worth the farther drive for the great service. Thao was wonderful!

Called about FedEx and PO Boxes. Learned a lot form MARCUS just now and he was great to talk with. He deserves recogniton for outstanding customer service. This USPS is A+

We drove 40 minutes to this post office to get passports for our 4 children. Getting passports is always such a nightmare, especially with so many kids, but Pham was extremely patient and helpful and this facility was great.He pointed out a potential issue with our photos and with his help we were able to quickly re-take and re-print ourselves at the CVS down the street, likely saving us from a potential rejection.Thank you Pham for your wonderful customer service, it was worth the drive!

This post office is hidden right off the Georgetown Pike. It is a large facility that is well staffed.I went in for fingerprints, not having any luck at the Ashburn location. I got to the Great Falls location a little after 9 on a Saturday morning and was quickly helped! No hours spent standing around waiting in line!The staff is incredibly helpful and patient. I highly recommend this location for the fingerprint services.
