I frequent this UPS store for Amazon returns and shipping our own packages, and it’s always a delight to interact with the team.

During COVID-19, as online shopping became our norm, this UPS store has been the backbone of Great Falls. Their diligent work, often under the pressure of processing multiple returns and coordinating with heavy UPS trucks, has not gone unnoticed.

Every team member, from Evy, the young lady with the striking purple hair highlight to the young assistant Jaalen, with his always smiling face, provides exemplary service. I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten box and they have provided assistance or printing labels directly to their printer with speed and efficiency all that requires effort, knowledge and ability to do a great work and all of them provided that and more.
They offer a range of supplies, like tape at reasonable prices, and boxes for those last-minute Amazon drop-offs.
This team's diversity in personalities and strengths creates a perfect blend, making this UPS store the go-to for all our mailing needs. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere and I extend my heartfelt thanks to Marlon for his exceptional leadership.

“This location will have my business so long as I'm living anywhere in the area. I've been using them for 8+ years now and never had an issue. I had a major problem today with a company I was returning an item to claiming that it had never been shipped or scanned for tracking. Of course I'd misplaced my receipt from Parcel Plus showing that I had shipped the item for return. I called up Parcel Plus and spoke to Kevin who went above and beyond to help me with the time sensitive return. After a few phone calls and screenshots in emails, it seems that the issue is sorted out (fingers crossed!!). I couldn't have done it without the assistance of the wonderful employees at this location.”
“Inside Office Depot. Easy dropoff at customer service.FedEx customer service is not great at other locations. They typically take much longer to give a receipt if you have to drop a package. And many times they try to upsell, do better packaging etc. This location is better than other locations.”

This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”
“Today I came into the store to return some items to Amazon but they sent me labels to print out which I did, but only to be informed by Ari that I would have to put the labels on myself in seperate boxes. He sensed that I was frustrated with the process (because it was my first time) and not his fault at all, but proceeded to help me by changing the return process on Amazon for every single item to be able to do the return in the store with no hassle.
