I was thoroughly unimpressed with the dog boarding here and so was my dog. I boarded my dog here for a weekend over a year ago and I suddenly remembered how terrible the boarding was because the company just sent me an email. The only thing good about this place were the employees. They were really nice with me and with the animals.Before booking this place I definitely should have taken a look at the boarding facility myself in person. I made the mistake of asking to see the facility the day I arrived to drop my dog off.I thought a “dog resort” in great falls would be fancy and nice for my dog especially for the price but it was more like a pooch penitentiary with all the noise and misleading advertising.When I arrived I was so disappointed with the smaller rooms I upgraded my dog to the biggest room they had. None of their rooms are real rooms they don’t have walls up to the top of the ceiling so the whole facility is terribly noisy. When the weekend was over my dog was so happy to be away from all the noise. It was clearly exhausting for her.They claim to have windows and color TVs in the most expensive rooms but the tvs are these tiny 15 inch tvs from the 90s that dogs cannot even see. The windows were small and dogs couldn’t see out of them. There was peaceful music but it was drowned out by dogs barking due to the poorly designed facility. Misleading advertising, go check out the facility before putting your dog here. I’ll never go back obviously. Huge rip off and I feel like a terrible dog owner for dropping my dog here last year.

New client of theirs and couldn't be happier. Dr. Katie Newland is fantastic. She was so thoughtful, detailed, and sweet upon our 1st puppy visit. She made our nervous little mutt Milo feel comfortable & answered our zillion new dog owner questions. Thank you Katie & Seneca Hill!

We've received the best care there for over 7 years. I know my aging dog is in great care, the staff is so caring knowledgeable and helpful. And the boarding staff have been incredibly kind and caring to him over the years too. I never hesitate to take him to Seneca.

The staff here are absolutely FANTASTIC!! I have been coming here with my cat for about two years with Dr. Sacks and she is amazing. Dr. Sacks is very knowledgeable and personable. We recently moved out of the area but I refuse to go anywhere else, I know my cat Roo is well taken care of there. I recently had to use their resort and I was blown away by their professionalism and care for Roo. They took steps that they didn't have to take but did purely for Roo's well being. Roo has diabetes and was not eating. They went out of their way to get a specific type of food that she really enjoys and she was able to make it through her weekend there. I am really appreciative of their efforts and will continue to be a customer here. Thanks to all the wonderful Seneca Hill staff!!!

Not the best reason to go this time as we had to say goodbye to our baby tweet the cat. The staff at Seneca Hill was their usual helpful staff. They are almost like family and we're upset as well as they treat our pet cats as their own. It is just the two boys left now. :)

I adore Seneca Hill Animal Hospital, which has cared for our sweet rescue pup for years. We have seen several vets at this practice, and of course many of the friendly, caring staff. Whether making an appointment, being helped by a tech, seeing a doctor, checking out, discussing finances, receiving follow-up/after-care calls, getting a refill, or something else, we are grateful for the kindness and care shown! Staff and facilities are of the highest order. Comprehensive intake procedures ensures everyone is on the same sheet of music so to speak. Many options for add-ons to pamper/meet your canine family members needs. Not inexpensive, but worth every cent in minimizing "parental" concerns.

Seneca Hill always takes great care of my pups. We have been taking our dogs to the hospital and the resort for years. We trust them to love and care for our dogs when we are away and for their regular check ups and emergency needs. The staff and Drs are warm and welcoming.

I lived near Seneca when I got my first dog - but that is not why I used them - they were rated as the best vets in town. I have had 3 dogs and all of them are patients and clients of Seneca Hill. The vets are caring and the vet techs and staff are terrific. My family and I loved their care of our dogs - even my dogwalker was really impressed with their care of my dog. I don't think they are that much more expensive than other vets. I drive a half hour to see them when there are closer vet clinics. I can't say enough good things about this establishment.

Dr. Custer and Dr. Sacks have been caring for our feline and canine family members --- quite a number ---- for many years, starting long before they joined the Seneca Hill team. They have been as kind, informative and supportive as we could possibly hope for, as our much loved friends have enjoyed good lives and, and now most, moved on. I deeply appreciate all they and the wonderful staff at Seneca Hill continue to do to make the lives of our special friends as healthy as they can be.

We brought our 10-week old puppy & cannot say enough good things about the administrative staff, the vet techs & especially Dr. Ludwig. It’s a large practice with grooming services & boarding so it’s busy but everyone took the time to give me the clinical & practical information & advice I wanted.Our son brought our rescued kitten the week prior & was also very pleased. The costs were reasonable and we highly recommend them.
