Big fan of this park! Much calmer than Great Falls and if you still want to see the falls, you can hike there from this location. Be advised there is some rock scrambling if you do take this route to GF. It's nothing serious, but if you have mobility or balance issues, very young children, etc., you may need to reconsider.

Last I visited the lake's water was almost onto the parking lot. It's a nice place to be. Did some fishing and grilling. Overall a fun day out with the boys

Beautiful park. Easy trail along the river with plenty of spots to stop and sit or ponder. We came here because Great Falls was full and was very happy we did!
