A nice state park as an alternative to Great Falls that is free.Good long trails and river views.

There's a wonderful paved trail for an easy walk through the woods with some Nice examples of the local trees and plants. There are numbered posts for pointing out items of interest but I did not have the guide sheet for them.

There are many nice trails for 1.5-2.5 hours trips.
