I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to tutor Jeremy Jacobs for the outstanding work he has done with my son, Valentino Cardoso, over the past year.Jeremy's dedication and expertise have had a profound impact on Valentino's confidence in mathematics. Through his guidance and support, Valentino's performance on the MAP test has shown remarkable improvement. From being significantly below his district score last year, Valentino now stands slightly above it.I must commend Jeremy for his exceptional ability to engage Valentino, who, as you may know, can be quite a challenge at times. My son has been working with Novastar tutors for a year now. He’s had four different tutors and we have been so very pleased with all of them! They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is thriving in high school and is well prepared for each new year thanks to the summer work he has done with Novastar!

I cannot say enough good things about Benazir's approach to helping our daughter draft her college essay. Benazir was prompt and prepared for each online session. She asked for information in advance in order to help our daughter dial in a topic. After two sessions, our daughter had come up with her own ideas and developed a wonderful essay that reflects who she is, stated in her own voice. Benazir provided tweaks, feedback, and suggestions at every step. I was truly impressed at both the progress they made and the final outcome. I would highly recommend Benazir and Novastar Prep.

I've been a Learning Coach with Novastar Prep for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that out of all the tutoring companies I've worked for, this is one of my favorites. Student attendance and participation levels are high, compensation is fair, and tutor support, particularly from Success Advisor Rebecca Glawe, has been both consistent and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

We have had a wonderful experience with Novastar Prep. We have used them for SSAT tutoring, chem tutoring and now SAT tutoring. They offer highly competent tutors who are experts in their subject, professional, flexible and courteous. The weekly email reports enable you to know exactly what has been covered in class. The staff at Novastar are very efficient and responsive and do their best to find a perfect fit for their students. I highly recommend this business!

Excellent service; the success advisor model really makes this tutoring service work well. The tutors are excellent; and you can easily change them if it does not work. My son did SAT prep and I got an email after each session which focused on what he needed to work on. He had a separate tutor for math and verbal. Highly recommend! Also the policies are flexible and the hours roll over into the next month so much less headache for parents!

NovaStar has done a great job of being responsive to my student's individual needs, has addressed any issues with a tutor immediately, and has provided great personalized service. They understand that tutoring success is about matching both work style/personality and content with the student and have mastered this in our case. We are very happy and will continue using our tutor beyond the time expected because of how helpful it has been.

Novastar prep was/is a lifesaver for my 2 oldest sons. We have had tutors for computer class, physics(AP) and math(AP and regular) all high school levels. My oldest cried one September because “I can’t remember anything!” Since then I have had them tutored year round. My oldest went from Cs to As. More importantly his confidence improved. His tutor didn’t just help him with math he helped him ORGANIZE! This is no easy feat for a kid with ADD. My younger son just needed a year or two and Anthony(their tutor) gave him the skills to work on his own. We highly recommend Novastar. They were virtual before things went virtual so they know what they are doing!

We have been extremely happy and very grateful for Nova Prep. Both my kids have used their tutors for 2 years now and still using them for college courses. Laura and Brian helped my daughter for Math and Physics and her grade went upto A within a few weeks....Rebecca and Fauzia have been great to work with and invested their interest in my kids unconditionally...I owe the success to the entire team at Nova Prep...hands down the best!!!

I have worked for NovaStar Prep for several months, and they are always helping their tutors with assigning students and daily assistance as needed. Novastar Prep provided outstanding, personalized tutoring. Their cadre of instructors cared deeply about our student and their success. On multiple occasions, our tutor went above and beyond to make sure our student not only understood the material but was able to use it in a test environment. Highly recommend them.
