This I would is my 25th visit. I wouldn’t go any place else. I always dreaded getting a pedicure done. I tried a couple of other places and it didn’t go so well. Super friendly. amazing treatment for your feet and lower calves. if you worried about cost, I honestly don’t believe they charge enough . So make sure you tip them well . If you have to pick a place to go and don’t pick coming to nails by the Falls, you are doing yourself a disservice.
Requested style: I really like to get my toenails cut, kind of short, They take care of them without cutting them short and causing pain or discomfort.
Specialties: They seriously know how to take care of of your hands and feet. They really take the time to make sure that the temperature is comfortable, you have the right color if you’re getting your toes or nails painted.
Cleanliness: Place is extraordinarily clean, Even if you have to use the restroom, very clean.

Originally my gel manicure looked ok but two of my nails peeled off the next day and when I called them to see if I could come in for them to fix it they gave me attitude...I went anyway and they were very unhappy that I showed up. Won't be going back!

I have gone to Nails by the Fslls 6 times now. it is a clean and beautiful place. Ann is who I love to go to. she is quiet and focused and always done a great job. she is always meticulous and detail oriented. she never pressures me to add more services. I keep coming because of her high quality work and professional attitude.

Lani and Ny are excellent! Their attention to detail is amazing and their work is incredible. I’ve been so happy with my experience at this nail salon and it’s my go to spot!

I just got my nails done here, a simple fill, and I am incredibly disappointed. They honestly look terrible. There’s large, noticeable mistakes on multiple nails. It was supposed to be ombre but it is incredibly uneven and one nail even has a scratch through it. To make matters worse, they decided to not tell me until they were finished that they were tacking on an additional $20 charge, making the total $72 for a FILL. I’m not rich, I’m a college student, I can’t afford that sortve price nor afford to go somewhere else to have this fixed. I had to pay it anyway and there was no time to fix it because they were closing. I gave 2 stars because my boyfriend’s manicure went great and he’s happy, but I’m really upset.

Used to go to this nail salon all the time, as I live in great falls. Booked two appointments and got a text asking to put down a $62 deposit. I work an 8-5 so didn't have chance to quite get to it, then they called me and told me since I have "never been there" I have to put down deposit. Told them I have been there multiple times, but they said they change out booklet every 6 months. Then proceeded to tell me I have until 7:00pm to make the deposit, then I should "text" that I did it. So instead I left this review and they got no deposit. Cancelled a meeting to go to the appointment tomorrow morning so I was 100% going to show up, even went to ATM today to make sure to have cash .. but now instead ... I will not be going ! I will be going somewhere else in great falls, my local hometown.

Ny was phenomenal. This is my favorite set I have ever gotten! She was incredibly kind and listened intently to everything I asked for. I got light pink chrome acrylics for reference. I will definitely be returning!

Ann gave me a pedicure and brow wax. She was very thorough and good. I like this place because there is no pressure to upgrade or add more services. You specify which treatment you want upfront and they don't try to upsell.Services: Foot massages

I had Signature Spa Pedicure with Tammy recently, and it was an amazing experience. She took her time to take good care of my feet. So relaxing and my nails look great. I am definitely coming back here next time I need some relaxation and TLC for my feet. ?
